"April?"
Alex noticed that April was awake when he came in. Her hands were shaking as she squeezed it so tightly.
April opened her eyes as she heard Alex's voice. "You're back?" She said softly.
"Yes, I came back yesterday. Sorry I wasn't here when you first woke up. I was with my parents downstairs having brunch. Do you feel any pain?" Alex hurriedly sat down on the chair, beside her bed.
"Help me sit up?" She asked.
"Hold a second." Alex then leaned forward beside her and pushed the bed recliner up.
"Thanks." April smiled as she looked at Alex's handsome face.
"How are you feeling?" Alex held her hand with both of his.
"Light headed. I'll be okay." She gently smiled at him.
For some reason, Alex felt that something wasn't right with her. "April, why are you hiding it from me? Didn't we already gotten past through this?"
