Chapter 43 - Chapter 5.1: Peace is a lie, There is only Passion.

Jakuu, Unkown

1st Person PoV

"….How much time…."

"….Is it done?..."

"….you're sure she'll be safe…"

"It's our final hope."

My eyes were heavy as I felt the sun beat down from above. It was a bit warmer than usual, but still comfortable. I always liked the warmth; it always made me feel like mom was giving me a hug, I could drift to sleep so easily.

It was never as good as mum's hugs though.

I wanted to lay there for longer, I wanted to go back to my dream but something was stopping me. There was something cold pressing on the back of my neck, though nothing was there.

What was that?

The warmth was starting to fade?

What was happening?

My heart started to beat faster; something was wrong. The coldness was spreading, my belly didn't feel right. I shifted my body slightly waking up at a slow pace. There was something urgent, something that wanted me to go faster but I pushed it to the side, I just wanted to regain that warmth.

The sun was still above; I had to shift my head to the side to open my eyes slowly.

But where was the warmth?

Just as my mind drifted to this question I felt the warmth…no my mothers warmth. It felt so nice. I hadn't gotten a hug yet today, I wanted it to last longer.

My lazy arms wrapped around mum, trying to snuggle closer. Mum was the same her grip was a bit tighter than usual today.

Was it raining?

There was a bit of wetness on the top of my head.

Mmmm

No wonder the warmth went away. I'd have to go inside soon. But it was ok, mum or dad would pick me up. Being carried was so fun.

Ahh there it was I was being lifted. I let myself become weightless a small smile on my face.

"…..No more time…."

There was dad.

I could feel him close now. His hand was on my back as my eyes finally started to open. When they did though he was too close. I couldn't see his face as he patted my head and gave me a small kiss on the head.

Did I do something good?

*Sob*

I thought I heard something from mum on the side, but I couldn't turn my head as I was sandwiched between them. We hadn't had a family hug in such a long time. They always looked so worried these days, maybe whatever it was had gone away that's why they were happy.

I think there was a goofy smile on my face as the hug continued for a while. But even as it was going on, my heart still raced, that feeling of cold was coming back.

What was that?

It was so close now.

I was more awake now.

I felt as I was lowered down again.

What was going on, weren't we going inside?

Wait we were already inside? Where were we? There was a hole in the roof above?

What's with the old walls? It's so dark inside here, and the vines on the walls looks too much like snakes!

That feeling in my stomach seemed to drop as the chill came back with force.

What was happening?

I'm scared.

I looked to my parents; they would make everything better. But they had already moved back, their faces looked sad.

Why were they going away?

The ground was cold and damp as I started to stand, why hadn't I felt that before?

Where were we?

What were those lines on the ground?

What was that feeling?

I looked back up as my body started to shake in fear, mum was crying.

Why was she crying?

What's going on?

What was that feeling?!

Something seemed to settle on me, all warmth was gone.

I tried to stand, do anything, but my body wouldn't work. My eyes widened as I tried desperately to move. My mouth opened but nothing came out!

I'm scared!

Off to the side I saw some strange bird fly by, I'd never seen a bird like that before. It was getting further and further away…..

Why was I distracted, I couldn't move!

By my eyes wouldn't listen, they followed the bird as it moved further into the air and that's when I caught sight of the shuttle right above.

I only caught a glimpse before it disappeared, I'd seen them before, back when we used to live on Imperial Central, we'd taken one when we left as well.

I could just hear as it set down outside.

The chill that started in my neck had already moved to the rest of my body and only continued to get worse. I looked at my parents again, did they notice the shuttle?

Mum was sad, I don't know what was happening but she was crying, she couldn't stop. I saw her shoulders shake as she tried to smile my way. My dad had one arm around mum's shoulder while the other held her hand.

I had never seen my dad cry, he was too strong to cry, mum did it ever now and then, but not dad.

But as I watched, even from a distance, I could see the small tear that made its way down his cheek.

What was going on!

I felt the air stiffen around me for a second as I fearfully tried to move my body, try and make it back to my parent's but it was no use.

Something drew my eye to the entrance of the room, some type of stone doors.

*Bang*

I would have flinched if I could move, but my eyes could only widen as the doors were flung to the side. A new sense assaulted me; I don't know what it was. It was dark, but familiar, it was like it was calling to me.

My senses blared and I felt physically sick as a person walked through the doors, exiting the pitch darkness and into the room. An old man slowly walked into the room; he wore black robes and had the most wrinkles I had ever seen in my life

My body froze again as I caught sight of his eyes.

They were a sickly yellow that bored into me, he was staring straight at me!

Dad stiffened as the man finally made his way closer, always keeping an eye on me, while my mum's shoulder started to shake worse.

Finally, he was next to them. I couldn't hear what they were saying, but I only started to feel worse as their eyes started to faintly glow. Something bad was about to happen.

A frown was on the old man's face as he said something. Dad shook his head, his shoulder slumped as….

No….

The world stopped.

I couldn't breathe.

I was so cold.

What was happening?!

As the world stopped, I watched as mum started to slump to the ground, dad still holding on to her.

All noise disappeared as I looked at the red light that shinned from a distance. I don't know when it appeared, all I saw was it go right through my mother.

I struggled, tears welled up, I shouted out in pain…I tried to get closed the force bearing down on me only getting worse as I tried to make my way over.

Mum looked so weak; she was pale…. she was…. she was…...

The red light disappeared again as the old man tried to make his way over.

My eyes finally snapped from the downed form to look up, the cruel smile on his face directed my way, his eyes starring right at me.

A bolt of fear and something else shot through me as I looked at that smile.

But….

The smile on his face crumbled as he stopped a few meters away. There was now a frown on his lips as he tried to move forward, but it was like there was a wall in front of him, he couldn't come over. His hand rose towards me as I felt that presence shift again, keeping me in place.

I was safe here.

I felt relieved as he was stuck out there…. but wait!

His face twisted to one of insanity and anger as he failed once again to get close to me before turning around.

No!

"What have you done!"

I finally heard his scratchy voice as he turned to my dad.

No!

Dad didn't respond for a second as he cradled mum and slowly closed her eyes.

I tried to struggle as I felt blood pump through my, I strained as hard as I could as I watched on.

Finally, he looked up and at the man and I heard bits and pieces of his voice drift by a few seconds later.

"You'll never…. safe….you've lost…"

Having said his piece, he finally looked at me as I strained to get closer, my vision blurred with tears.

No….no….no….

He gave me one last smile and mouthed what he always said before I went to sleep as I watched on….

"Daddy loves you, Rey." …

…and then there was another flash of red light…...

"NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!"

Finally, a sound came out but it was lost as I looked at my father slump to the ground, the pressure weighed down on me even harder as I tried to do something!!!

Anything!!!

Something seemed to break around me as the old man turned, my eyes starring right at him.

The warmth started to return, it rushed through my body as it turned scorching hot, hotter than I'd ever felt.

My mind blurred as I engraved his looks in my soul, my hands finally moving to clench into fists.

The heat started to build, get even hotter as something welled up inside…something I had never felt before.

It wanted to be let out, it wanted to make HIM PAY for what he just did.

There was a whisper in my ear, but I paid it no attention as I continued try to move forward…

The pressure built on top of me.

….TO MAKE HIM PAY….

It forced my body flat as I continued to stare into his yellow eyes.

….TO TEAR HIM APART….

A flicker of something I just knew was fear appeared in his eyes as I felt joy well up inside…

A new type of savage joy…

….TO GET MY REVENGE!!!!

The pressure screamed in my ear!

*BANG*

And then everything exploded into White.

Courscant, Jedi Temple, High Council Chambers

3rd Person PoV

Many of those on the council such as Mace Windu, Yoda, Yadel and Adi Gallia on the high council could already tell from the look of worry on Master Jinn's face when he came in that what they least hoped to find had come to pass as he walked into the high council chambers.

The others could tell just by sensing the worry that rolled off him through the force. He stood before them having been dispatched on a, depending who you asked, non-priority dispatch to verify the 'Chosen one's' family status.

After the incident, 4 weeks ago, with the young initiate, it had not been until 1 week later that Master Jinn himself had put his foot down and practically demanded that they let him go on a mission to Tatooine to find the boy's mother.

Though some in the council disagreed with his actions, they had no choice when the 'maverick master' promised to go with or without their blessing. He was now before the council to report his findings.

"Grave news you bring." As usual it was the wise grand master that spoke within the lull of sound officially starting the council meeting. A grimace came to the old master's face as he finally replied, sitting down in his own high council seat.

"It is as I feared. The boy's mother is gone." These words set off a small ripple in the room as looks were exchanged and a few quiet words exchanged between members. Though they knew the second he walked in, hearing it from his lips was a different matter, especially what the news entailed.

Master Windu was the first to question, his stern appearance eager for answers, his eyes sharp. "Was she taken." Jinn sent a look Windu's way as he was one of the most vocal for him not to go on his journey.

"It is hard to tell if she was taken, as by all account for all I know she went freely when her current master died." Another ripple went through the room as Oppo Rancisis spoke up. "Killed? Was he Murdered?" Though the question might seem redundant there was a huge difference between taking the mother after killing the junk trader, compared to purposefully killing him to then take the mother, or that was the line of thinking going through most of the council members.

A sigh escaped Qui-Gon's lips as he nodded his head, his mind thinking back to the destroyed junk store the grim evidence before his eyes. "Yes, and more ominously evidence of a lightsaber being used is present."

Ki-Adi-Mundi, Plo Koon, Even Piell, Adi Gallia, Eith Koth and Depa Billaba; all leaned forwards at those words, worried looks shared between them. Some of them were considered younger on the council and showed more emotion than the rest, while the other some would say were more militant, causing their reaction. Though the others on the council tried to hide it the worry in the room was palpable.

Finally, it was Ki-Adi-Mundi that spoke up his face tense. "The Sith?" Qui-Gon turned his head again to address the other master as he gave a tentative nod. "Though we can't be sure, they were on Tatooine at the same time as me and Obi-wan, plus there was a presence of darkness that lingered in the shop." He stopped and thought on his words before he turned back to address Yoda, looking for his years of wisdom to weigh on his words.

"When I arrived at the once habitat of Watto, their salve master, it was burnt to the ground, along with the shops to the side. Though no one knows what caused the fire, there were lightsaber marks on the walls of the charred building as well as inside the junk shop."

"Even worse I asked around for any information, before finally bribing some information from one of Watto's rivals." Some grumbled at the blatant use of coercion and bribery by a Jedi master, but they all knew that certain actions took place in the more 'uncivilised' parts of the galaxy that were necessary.

Qui-Gon didn't pay any of those grumble's attention as he continued, though there was a small smile on his lips as he went on. "He told me was there was a Togruta spotted heading towards his shop before it went up in flames. The only reason people noticed this is because of her armoured appearance as well as beauty."

Yoda nodded in understanding at what he was hinting towards. "The Sith, Master Voss and Knight Secura faced." Both he and Master Windu shared a look of worry as the rest of the council looked on, also lost in their own thoughts on what this might mean.

Master Yoda in all his wisdom summed up what everyone else in the room was thinking. "Bode well this does not." If the situation had been about anything less grim there might have been an eye roll at the assertion, maybe even a hint of playfulness that Yoda was known to inject into his speech when talking to children.

But this was a matter of the Sith, their Millenium old enemy. Windu spoke up after another few moments of silence. "The connection between the boy and his mother is strong. He was able to feel the Sith's malevolent actions from a great distance." A few nodded at his words while others were more concerned.

Even Piell was the first to speak, his face stern. "A liability she is, she could be used to lead him down a dark path." Eeth Koth agreed. "I concur with master Piell". And then Ki-Adi-Mundi also chimed in, the three's stances clear. "His training should focus on letting go of attachments, we can't have him compromised by these feelings."

Qui-Gon was starting to frown as he looked at those around the room. With the words from the three masters the room looked like it was about to devolve into a meaningless conversation about the dark side of the force, or that's what he liked to think of it as.

Master Yoda once again was the one to bring the conversation back on topic speaking up before anything else could be said. "2 Points of worry there is. The Sith know about the chosen one, do they? Tell the boy, should we?"

That stopped the council in its tracks as the ramifications of this new development finally settled in. The council had only until that point been focused on the surface level facts that had been presented before them, now that Yoda had brought a deeper perspective the ramifications of the report were starting to sink in.

Though most of the masters began to focus on the aspect of whether the Sith new about the prophecy of the chosen one and what they should do, should the Sith come after Anakin before he became powerful enough to put an end to the Sith threat; it was the minimal few that thought about the other question.

Whether to tell the boy about this matter.

Master Windu was one of those few that thought of both questions and in his great wisdom decided to deal with the issues that was easy enough in his mind to decide quickly and efficiently.

"We can't let the boy know about his mother. It will distract him from his training." This focused the conversation once again as all members dove into the topic, and left the other for last. It was a heated debate as 2 opposing side thought back and forth on the demerits and advantages of telling the boy.

A few mentioned the corruption of the dark side brought forth by attachments in Anakin's early age, other mentioned the betrayal the young boy may feel if he found out about it later. Other mentioned once again how dangerous it was that the boy had such a strong connection with his mother while she was seemingly in the hands of their sworn enemy, something that could be used against him.

Finally, Master Piell spoke up from the side, a small finger on his chin in thought a new, albeit darker logic driving his utterance. "A motivation this could become for the young boy if told." This garnered a few nods from those like Ki-Adi-Mundi and Eeth Koth, agreeing with the cold logic that it brought forth, conveniently side stepping the dark methodology that it presented; while others frowned such as Master Yoda, Yaddel, Adi Gallia, Plo Koon and Master Jinn as they instantly noticed the dark shift in thinking.

"A motivation created through darkness will always lead to the dark Side." Those words of wisdom came from Qui-Gon as he starred down master Piell daring him to continue with that line of thought. Most knew the masters to be calm and composed, but Jinn threw the out the window when needed, and had a 'bad' habit of putting his foot down on such subjects and ideas that crossed his bottom line.

That suggestion had clearly crossed this bottom line.

As the two continued to stare down and an uneasy quiet settled in the room as the council master looked between the two it was Yoda once more that brought the council back to balance indirectly, a thoughtful hum in his chest.

"The dark side influence, grown it has. Clouds much it does." These words drew the attention of Windu by his side, someone who knew the grand master a bit deeper than most others. Though most couldn't tell, there was a deep worry, a foreboding that was usually absent in the great, old and wise Jedi Grand master.

It was the thought of such a figure in his heart being shaken by the current topic and it's progressing that spurred him to take control of the council meeting again, a stern visage settling on his features. He spoke up bringing the council back onto task addressing Qui-Gon. "For now, the information should be kept on the council. Master Jinn, should Anakin have any more visions please inform us immediately."

Qui-Gon held his stare with master Piell for another few seconds before finally relenting and giving a firm nod towards Windu. Though he did not agree with the decision for now, he would accept it. Though he knew it might hurt Anakin if he were to find out later, especially that the council knew before hand, he also knew that the boy was Young.

At the moment he was being trained in the Jedi arts and such a distraction would be too much for him to handle right now. He wouldn't be able to focus, he wouldn't be able to live his life if he was in constant worry about his mother.

All Qui-Gon could do right now was wait, in a few years when he was older, no matter what the council thought he would tell Anakin the truth and help him through whatever may come. He was his 'grand master', he wouldn't let him suffer.

Having received the nod from Qui-Gon Windu continued addressing the rest of the council, knowing the next topic brought up would last for quite a few more hours. "Now moving onto the more pressing question, do the Sith know about our prophecy of the chosen one and do they suspect as we do that it is Skywalker...."

The noise around Qui-Gon started to quiet down as his mind went into retrospection Irregardless of the conversation around him. Though he had already made up his mind about what to do with Anakin and the council had spoken, Qui-Gon couldn't help but feel a small amount of darkness has just shrouded the force once more, like a beast... a hunter... had appeared for a second, smiling at where the force was going, knowing what was to come, it's trapped laid. Now all it had to do was wait, wait for the opportune moment to strike, to spring that trap.

Though he searched in the force for an answer, it was illusive, apprehensive even, as if it didn't mind this beast... this hunter... or its trap, that it was still indecisive about what or... who it wanted to win. Qui-Gon continued that introspection, having a feeling that he would be doing that more and more in the coming days.

Space, Phantom

3rd Person PoV

Vaylin sat alone, the room quiet. Her breath was even as the ship moved forward. Suddenly there was a tremble, a small whisper in the force. She frowned as her head tilted to the side, deliberating what she just felt.

She concentrated her mind and pushed her mind outwards into the universe looking for the origin, but her frown could only deepen as she felt it... everywhere. It wasn't a source that had sent a tremble through the force it was... the force itself that was trembling.

'What was 'that'?

Her mind went into turmoil as she tried to decipher what could cause the force to tremble so.... what could affect it on such a level. As she progressed, she tapped into her emotions fuelling her powers to forcibly tear the answer forward.

As her powers began to build, she revelled in the control... the power tingling at her finger tips... but she stopped herself. Frustration became the main emotion as she reigned in her power. They were so close to Coruscant already if she pushed her powers further, she would be easily sensed and there was no guarantee she would find her answers.

Her frustration wanted to bubble... to boil... to lash out, she didn't stop it per say. She revelled in the emotions as she let them simmer inside, a small smile coming to her lips. She continued like that for a few minutes as she enjoyed herself, before finally letting out a small breath.

She concentrated, pulled on those techniques 'The Outlander'… no 'The Emperor', had been teaching her, slowly the emotions began to compress; to coil in her stomach. They weren't gone, only suppressed for now, ready for future use... always ready for the next enemy.

Her eyes opened the bright red glow slowly fading as she got to her feet, her next destination set. Making her way across the ship she didn't disturb the others, Ashara was the one currently flying the ship, while Nadia and Ayillh were off doing their own thing.

*Beep* *Woosh*

She was distracted as she stepped into the room, but didn't say anything as she quietly waited. She observed 'him' as he meditated on the bed, a small frown on his face. She didn't say a word as he already knew she was there, he always knew.

Mace's mind was elsewhere as Vaylin entered the room, the force revolving around his body, just before she arrived his mind was deep within the ebbs of the force, pressing his power against it, fighting it at every step for control, his mental training... his will being strengthened.

His mind took a peek into the force as he continued to wage the never-ending war between them, one he was determined to win, to grasp victory from the unwinnable. It was only just before she arrived that he relented his assault and stepped back.

It was also at that moment that the force surged forward and covered him; 'it' wanted to show him something in the form of a vision. This was what caused the frown, he sat for the next few minutes as he perused what the force was showing, thought on what future lay before him.

Finally his eyes snapped back into focus as he motioned towards the bed. Vaylin gave a small nod before moving forward and sitting opposite him. They both seemed calm on the surface as they faced each other, but each could feel the emotions simmering below, the violence ready to be unleashed at the drop of the hat.

Mace gave an appreciative smile as he sensed her emotions, her training was going well. It was at that smile that she finally spoke. "Something is bothering you?" Her eye quirked in a small assumption at his earlier frown.

He could have denied the question but saw no reason as he nodded slowly, she would find out at some point. "The force has 'graciously' provided me a vision…" There was a derision behind his voice that could never be hiding when it came to force given visions as one would expect from a Sith, but it would be foolish to ever ignore such a sign.

"… It was in regards to my future." These words drew Vaylin's attention as she knew some of the plans that the new emperor was moving towards. On the way to galactic conquest there were many plans and obstacles that would inevitably appear, even if they did have the force's 'blessing'.

Seeing that she wasn't going to interrupt like he knew a certain Twi'lek would have at this point he continued. "It seems that I will have a new apprentice that require training in the future." Vaylin frowned at these words but didn't place weight on the implications, the taking on of an apprentice was a process that should not impact their plans going forward, though she did have one question.

"Have we met them so far?"

Mace gave a small smile as a certain figure flashed through his mind. He gave a nod. "Yes, one of the Jedi from Naboo." It didn't take long for Vaylin to figure out who he was talking about, there were few there who could in the future become his apprentice.

"The Twi'lek." He gave another nod in affirmation as he looked off to the side in the direction of their destination. 'Even from this distance he can sense her through the throngs of the force?' The thought flashed through her mind and another surge of appreciation shot through her body at the scope of his power, his precision, his might.

Finally he turned back and spoke again. "It is always fun turning Jedi, hopefully it isn't too easy…" He frowned though as he added an afterthought. "… Though all of them have to prove themselves worthy first." Vaylin knew this was his bottom line, though the force might push for it, if he did not agree, it would NOT happen. He wouldn't take a weak apprentice.

'All of them?'

"There is more than one?" Again Vaylin asked as she thought on his words. "I can sense three so far, the Jedi being the last to come seeking strength….but this can be discussed at a later date. Why have you come?" Mace trailed off as his mind drifted. Wanting to get back on topic he looked straight at Vaylin before him, it was finally time to address why she had come to him.

Vaylin took a few seconds to collect her mind before she spoke, though it was posed as a question she knew that he would have also felt the 'it'. "Have you felt the shift in the force.... the tremor?" Mace quirked his head to the side for a second at the question before a small knowing smile came to his lips.

"So you finally felt it." There was a small amount of humour in his voice as he spoke, as if he knew she would be the first to feel the tremor. When he said no more after that Vaylin knew she would have to dig for answers. Though she couldn't tell it there was also a small smile coming to her lips.

"You've already felt it?" It was a leading question and they both knew it. Giving a firm nod Mace elaborated, deliberating his words. "Yes... the force began to move 2 days ago; it was faint but could be felt all over the universe."

'So it only started 2 days ago?

"Do you know why?"

Mace shook his head as he replied, also thinking about the strange movements of the force over the last 2 days. "No... the force has been very protective of what it's doing. Though the trembling is building, it may take a while but it will reach a peak." This was the conclusion he had come to after observing the trembling for the last 2 days.

"Should we be worried?" Vaylin frowned at his words a little apprehension entering her voice as her mind drifted through the possibilities. Though once again Mace shook his head a challenging smirk appearing, a bright intrigued light behind his eyes as he stared at her.

"Whatever challenge the force wants to bring I welcome… though it is unlikely that it will oppose us after the deal has been struck." The fighting light behind his eyes dimmed a little as he ended his words but there was a small amount of… hope… behind his words that it would not be the case.

Vaylin thought on his words as she frowned to herself, finally it was after a full two minutes of thinking that she spoke up in trepidation as if she didn't know if she should ask her next question.

"...But... why should we trust the force?" Mace's smirk only got wider as his eyes simmer into a dull red, looking right into her own eyes. There was appreciation behind those eyes as well as…

"Now you are learning what it truly means to be Sith." His words snapped her out of the small brain fade she fell into as she looked into those piercing eyes. At the same time she also started to contemplate his words.

'What it truly means to be sith?'

But all good things had to come to an end. After a few minutes contemplating his words he spoke again, his voice turning more serious. "Contemplate my words later. We are growing closer to Coruscant, now..."

His bearing changed in an instant, though it was intimidating and rolling with power before, there was now a sense of command behind his words as his eyes looked at her.

"My Hand, what is the progress of the 'boy's' mother. How has Ayillh's 'treatment gone so far?"

"It is progressing...slowly. I have not looked in on intelligence much, but her progress is fast. Ayillh mentioned she picked up engineering skills quickly. She might send her to work with Blizz more often than not."

He gave a nod.

"... But she is distrustful. Though we have killed her slaver I can easily feel her distrust and fear, hopefully after the raid we can rectify this." Being one of the Council she knew all the plans that were about to be enacted and the reason Ayillh had to be deployed on this mission and pulled away from her building of Imperial intelligence.

Mace nodded at that and then looked to the side. "Vaylin speaks true. Are you prepared for your mission, Ayillh." There was no one else in the room, or so it seemed. After his voice stopped there was a shimmer in the air before another body appeared.

Fully kitted out in her operational gear Ayillh appeared to the side a small knife twirling between her fingers. Vaylin frowned as she hadn't noticed when she entered the room. Ayillh noticed instantly and the small movement of her head in her direction let Vaylin know this fact.

Vaylin's frown only got worse as she just knew Ayillh was giving her a small smirk behind that mask of hers. Their interaction was quick and didn't slow Ayillh response. "Yes, everything's ready." Her words were brief and to the point.

Mace didn't ask more; they all knew what her coming mission was. Turning back to Vaylin he tipped his head to the side, looking to the side...through the ship. "We're almost there, go wake Nadia and make sure she's ready."

Vaylin gave a short nod as she got up and moved out, she could feel the conflicting feelings through the force emanating from Nadia's cabin... fear...anger...malice.... such tantalizing emotions emanating outwards.

There was a small smile on her face as she made her way over.

End Notes:

Hey guys so here is the anticipated continuation Of Star Wars Wrath of the Force, because it is only the first part, sorry but you will have to wait for the more interesting middle parts of the chapter with the actual temple raid. This is mainly the setup of the chapter like I have done in the past chapters/volumes.

Now I know some of you will be angry that Rey was added. Originally, as mentioned in this chapter, I was going to have Rey become an apprentice of the MC, my plans have changed, she will no longer be 1 of his apprentices.

That does not change the fact that in the past volume/chapter I already introduced her and will still be adding her to the novel. Some will have gripes with it, but she is at such a young age that she will technically be an OC personality wise. (For the others wishing that I used a character alive already in that time period, I will of course be using those characters for other parts, most likely). I also dropped a small hint of what has facilitated her appearance in the past if anyone caught that.

On to mace's apprentices yes I have already confirmed that Aayla Secura will be one in the future, I wonder how that could possibly happen! As for his other 2 apprentices I bet no one will guess who they are. Though you are welcome to try. Yes they are legend characters, that existed around this era.

Anyways I hope that everyone liked the chapter. Pease remember that these chapters are the hardest to write just because of the length compared to all other novels I write, so it is likely to be at least a few weeks or maybe something akin to 2 months before the next chapter. (Though that does depend on the voting in the poll, which would speed up the process.)
