The world was shook again by the performance that Sam showed in the colloseum .
They were told that he can use 13 types of magic , but he only shows 2 types against the flame tigers .
There were many genius magic users on the planet currently , but most were between level 5 - 7 . The strongest magic user currently was level 9 with 3 attributes by the way .
The other one with the highest attributes was a middle aged man with 7 attributes . He apparently got a skill called archmage which made him proficient at Fire , water , earth , wind , ice , lightning and space elements .
What shocked them more was his casual attitude about killing creatures . He froze them all as if he wasn't killing actual creatures but mere paper cutouts .
If he was let to live longer , he could prove to be a danger to the peace of the world . The USA however made a silent declaration .
" The person named Sam Rus... (It say here don't say my full name .. Yes ... Yes .. ) ... So as I was saying , the person named Sam is a citizen of our country till he leaves the planet . As per our sources he hasn't left his house much since he got his powers . 3 times to be exact . The first time he simply returned back home . The second he went to the jungle , killed two wolves , got the pocket dimension and returned . The third was just clothes shopping which he paid for with his own money , by the way . " The person speaking stopped and drank a full cup of water . " We have 24/7 supervision on Sam and if he does anything to disrupt peace , we will be the first to knock on his door . "
Although this silent declaration stunned the world they came to know about the competence of the government of the USA , who had everyone who awakened under full surveillance .

After finally settling his attributes which took about 4 hours , Sam was sitting on his table eating the flame tigers , which were literally out of this world , both in taste and origin .

' So what you are saying is the power basically multiplies with each level of mastery ? ' Sam asked .
[ Basically , yes . As it requires roughly 10 times more magic energy , a level 2 spell will have at least 10 , if not 15 times the effect as compared to a level 1 spell , in the right hands , of course . ]
' I won't ask about the right hands . This much knowledge is enough for now . Now tell me , how do I increase my mastery ? '

[ As all your masteries are linked , it will be the best to practice darkness magic , which requires meditation in a dark room . ]
[ 2nd option will be to either meditate in blinding light or underwater . ]
' ... ' Sam was dumbstruck by the 2nd safest option . He was scared , but still asked ' What is the most dangerous option ? '

Sam shut up and simply switched of all lights and turned the blinds to make the room as dark as it can be and started meditating .
His mind slowly entered an extremely calm state and he only woke up 6 days later due to the hunger felt after a long time .
