She impatiently took off her high heels and slid her feet into the sandals. "Thank you."
"If you want to thank me, don't make yourself suffer silently." He scolded her. She had been wearing high heels for the last four hours and if he wasn't paying attention, she would have hid her discomfort.
"I didn't want to trouble you over trivial matters. Besides, it's our wedding day." She explained, making his eyebrows knit closer.
"It's exactly because it's our wedding day that you should be having more fun than anyone else—not suffering just to give the guests a show.
