Throughout the whole performance everyone was entranced including the sixth lights, they were engrossed looking at the girls that they didn't notice that the performance was coming to a close. Briela and the others girls started descending the stage and the boys thought that they would come back to the table at least to say goodnight, but it all went south, the students started surrounding them and congratulating them on the wonderful performance, this narrowed down the girls choices making them not look back and head out of the door, the boys arose and had started to follow them but Ryan noticed that Briela had left her novel on the table, this seemed like the perfect time for him to talk to her or so he thought...
So he took the novel and ran after her, as he emerged out of the dining halls he looked around and he saw her about some feet away, she was locked in a conversation with the other six lights, he came up to her he called her by name and she turned and looked directly at him with the other six lights stopping behind her. Looks like he wasn't alone cause the other boys had followed him behind and each of them wanted a one-to-one time with their own girl who attracted them during the introduction .Devan who was swift with words slid next to Quatana Hassan and said" my lovely dove why leave me with displeasure am I not deserving at least of a goodnight wish or have I offended thee my lady..." this made Quatana blush and within second both of them were locked in conversation, both had a way with their words and the talked in poetic language, they acted as if they had known each other for long time or as they say Once Upon a Dream, they started walking along the shores next to the trees which glowed and glittered in the dark making it look and cosmic and heavenly.
Xavier and Zana had agreed to settle their introductions by attempting a challenge, each agreed to race in the fields and the first to come back will be proclaimed the winner of both academies.
Mike and Trina found themselves talking about the laws of science and exchanging views about different formulas and facts. Trina was amazed on how Mike would always quote different scientists on his researchers and on his statements. Mike was amazed by Trina's human calculator personality and how well she knew all formulas by head and heart without confirming, it was a chemistry between them.
Chanor was walking side by side with Hexa, they were talking politics and different types of literature that they had learnt throughout their years they also compared the differences between Shakespeare and other authors. Chanor was amazed on how Hexa had strong assertive skills in defending her points and how organised she outlined them when they were talking, it was a certain she was a lady portraying her wide knowledge.
Ryan however still stood with the same problem as before he couldn't face Briela, they stood in silence looking down that's when Ryan noticed that he was holding her novel, he reluctantly gave it to her but she took it and lingered just for a moment waiting for him to look up to her and meet her eyes, and he did, just as she was about to say thank you he said"you dropped this behind." she smiled and she looking right at him and said" thank you." her smile even in the dark still dazzled him, this made Ryan turn the shade of crimson but it was hidden away by the he darkness, she asked if he would be kind enough to show her where she would be sleeping and Ryan excitedly agreed, both of them walked silently for some while then they noticed the noise around them they both wanted to silence the students and they was shocked that they both took action at the same time. It was this that made them start talking, about the school, the challenges being the leaders of their schools, and benefits and they started to get to know each other well and both seemed to be enjoying the conversation and it looked like time had dashed for within some few seconds she was standing in front of the door of the girls house they both reluctantly said goodbye avoiding each other's gaze, as Ryan turned to leave Briela took her time to close the door studying his stature keenly from the back.
