"Welcome, User. I am your Electrical Virtual Assistant, but you can call me EVA. I am an AI specifically designed to help you. Because King's Reign relies on realism, you have to craft for yourself, which is why you're transported to this tutorial instance to learn the basics of crafting."
"Please choose your first tutorial:
- Smithing
- Tailoring
- Leathercraft
- Alchemy
-Woodworking"
" I choose Tailoring!"
"Please turn around. You'll find fabric and tools to create an item of your choice."
John turned around and cursed himself. He had never crafted anything, and now he has to craft 5 items, and he just knew that something's gonna go wrong.
He chose a nice fabric that was shiny and smooth, and tried to think of something he could craft without experience. He chose to make a small coin pouch. He cut two half circles and a stripe of cloth. The edges were a bit rough, but he had to make do with it. So he started sewing all the pieces together, and added a cord to close the pouch. All in all, he was quite pleased with the result. He turned around and showed Eva his work.
"Tsk…"
"...excuse me?"
"Congratulations on making your first item...user. Why don't you check your item with the appraisal first? Just think about it."
But John was dumbfounded when he read the item description:
Worthless Coin Pouch
Rank: Trash
A small cloth pouch for storing money. The cuts are uneven, and the used fabric is not good for this kind of item. Every child could sew better than this. It is a complete disgrace for every crafter. Coins put in it can easily land on the ground or in the pockets of a thief. The creator of this cloth will be cursed with an eternal unrest after death by this item.
Congratulations, you've unlocked three titles!
[Curse Master Rank 1] +10% Stronger Curses
[The Disgrace of All Crafters] Every item you make goes one grade down.
[Limit Breaker] You did something that not even the system anticipated. Your crafted items keep their stats even if they're downgraded.
John got so enraged that he left the game and went to bed.
