John was surprised when he finished up the seven carving knives because suddenly they started to change, the layers of Mythril in the blades were changing to an ethereal state that made it look like they were made out of glass. Also, the handle started to change and it looked like a waterlike substance filled every crack until the handle felt as smooth as the surface of a mirror.
But John and Vito were even more surprised when Vito tried to pick up one of the knives and his hand got rejected by something that felt like an electric discharge. But when John took one of the finished knives into his hand it started to change once again. The translucent Mythril and the handle started changing in color so that the knife started to look extremely expensive as if a substantial amount of Gold was used to create this knife.
