Scrappy was once again searching for some new scrap he could scrounge of the ground.
He was following the master in hope that he once again gets provoked into a war.
If Scrappy would be a living creature then you could fill lakes because his mouth would be watering by the sheer thought of the massive piles of scrap a war like this would produce.
But his master just created a weapon for this leather guy but still, Scrappy could collect some scrap parts from his master's workpiece even out of adamantite no less.
Scrappy put it into his backpack and went outside and started looking around, he grabbed a door hinge here, a knife there. He even found out that people were carrying small bags of scrap metal around on their hips filled with gold, silver, and copper scrap pieces, so he cut them open with his new tin snips and collected them. Scrappy heard some yells behind him and that the people must be celebrating after he took their useless scrap from them.
Scrappy came to an archery range and spotted his master and the leather guy and wanted to go to them but he saw a tiny shiny piece of scrap laying on the ground but just as wanted to pick it up a storm took him with it over the horizon he could just yell: "SCRAAAPP..."
Scrappy flew very far he saw land and sea moving under him, he flew over the biggest lake he has ever seen he thought about the piles of scrap that could lie at the bottom of this giant lake so he started to wiggle and wanted to reach it but even though his flying height was lowering over time he still flew for half an hour before he landed on a beach of a small island.
Scrappy looked around always in search for the next pile of scrap, but he couldn't find any.
He looked around the island but his mana core nearly broke down when he didn't find any.
He started to feel a weird unbearable urge to find scrap washed over his body. Scrappy started running and digging random holes in the ground when a giant panther sneaked up to him because it thought that it gets an easy meal. But suddenly the panther shivered when he saw the look in scrappy's eyes when he spotted the beast. Both looked at each other and the panther followed Scrappy's scary look to his shoulder where an arrow stuck that came from a human that landed on this island several years ago.
But now Scrappy saw this arrow and thought that there was always a tiny amount of scrap on the other end of this feathered stick. The panther woke up from the shock of Scrappy's look decided to run but what it didn't expect was the small shiny robot that started chasing it like a dehydrated being chased an oasis.
A painful howling was heard on the whole island when Scrappy reached the panther and cut out the arrow.
The panther lying on the ground thinking that it couldn't get any worse didn't knew that true terror was around the corner when Scrappy looked at the arrow tip only to find a sharp pointy stone attached to it. The panther whimpered when it saw the new look on Scrappy's face and several mournful cries were heard that day before the panther the king of this island died while Scrappy searched in his body for scrap.
Several hours later scrappy that was now dyed in red was digging for scrap once again, he didn't find anything inside of the panther but the urge for scrap was getting bigger and bigger.
When Scrappy stopped digging several hours went by but he had an idea. if he couldn't find scrap on land then maybe he could find something underwater.
Scrappy rushed back to the beach and started walking in circles around the island that were getting bigger and bigger, at first only his feet were soaked in water but soon he had over ten meters of water above him. While he was looking for scrap underwater fish came several times to try to eat them. At first, only small fish came and broke their teeth when they nibbled on him. But as Scrappy got deeper the fish became bigger and bigger and soon a fish swallowed him whole. But Scrappy just used his tin snips and freed himself with some well-placed cuts and continued looking for scrap.
Several hours later Scrappy was laying on the beach having a strange feeling besides his urge to find scrap, a feeling that soon everything was over, the feeling that the urge that plagues him will soon devour him.
But Scrappy couldn't give up just like that. if he couldn't get his hands on some scrap had had to find the second-best thing.
Scrappy once again ran around the island and collected many pieces of rock with special color or slight amounts of metal shining through, he did the same on the ocean floor when he suddenly saw a tree that he cut down in his search for scrap rolled into the water and floated.
Scrappy thought about his master and how much scrap could be collected if he got back to him. Scrappy cut down some more trees and used everything he could find to connect them, the pelt of the panther, strong fish bones as nails and built a primitive raft.
Scrappy got on it and his mighty quest for Epic Scrap continued...
