In a wet and humid jungle a man in a white covert suit with black stripes and a glowing green tiger head pendent attached to his waist could be seen hiding in a tree, crouching down on a thick branch, over looking a compound of some sort.
People could be seen patrolling around the compound with AK's in their hands, they looked ready to shoot anything that moved.
The man in white watched and waited for a guard to pass by underneath the tree he was hiding in, he dropped down right on top of the guard.
And with almost lightning fast reflexes he incapacitated before he even hit the ground, but once he did he darted off towards the compound, covering the 100 meters in just a couple seconds.
At the same time he was sprinting the green tiger pendant glower to life, feeding it's primal power into his body and pushing his muscles to perform at their best.
As soon as he reached the base of the compound he squatted down and leapt as high as his mystically powered body would let him, 10 meters up in the air he released his clews and used them to dig into the side of the compound.
His weight dragged him down a bit and that caused some deep gouges in the wall, with equal distance between them, like how some animals would mark their territory on trees.
The man in white let out a sigh of relief now that he had stopped sliding down and started climbed up the rest of the way to the roof of the jungle compound.
Once up there he kept low to avoid detection, just in case they weren't arrogant enough to think someone wouldn't infiltrate their base from the roof.
There was no else up on the roof with him, it was actually quite quiet, which he found to be odd.
He ignored it and continued his mission, taking down a drug lord so that the herein and hard drugs would stop being pumped into his city, but in truth he knew that even if he stopped this the drugs and crime would never stop.
He removed a vent cover and crawled into the tight vent, he pulled himself past a couple different rooms, mostly storage for weapons, drugs and money, he made a mental note to set explosives before he leaves.
He finally arrived in what he predicted to be the Drug Lords office, with a slight push the vent cover easily came off and he jumped down to the office floor, he was just about to leap and attack the figure at the desk with his claw's when he felt a cold rush over him, directed at him by the man behind the desk.
He dropped to the ground as cold sweats broke out all over his body as he felt the pure bloodlust coming from the man in the chair behind the desk, "You know your a hard man to find even for me but then again I wasn't really trying." The man said, a smile could be heard in his voice.
The chair spinned around and revealed Nick, his arms crossed over himself and he was wearing Venoms black and white suit with Deaths black smoke coming off him, "Hello White Tiger... You have something I want." Nick smiled as he looked towards the bright green tiger head amulet on the man's hip.
The man realised what Nick meant and grabbed his amulet protectively, "I won't give it to you!" He shouted at Nick.
"I know someone much more suited to then you could ever be so be a good boy and hand it over with out a struggle." Nick said like he was talking to a child, undermining him.
"Who?! Who could possibly be worthy?!" The man shouted in defiance and a little bit of denial.
'They always act like this when their power is threatened... And it's never actually their power!' Nick thought to himself in exhaustion, "Come on out!" Nick shouted out towards the next room.
Soon heavy footfalls cane from behind the double doors, the man looked over and was even more shocked at what he saw come through the doors, "What the Hell?!"
...
"Hey Mom can I keep him? Please!" Nick pleaded with his mother as he looked up at her with his best puppy dog eyes, he had a white tiger cub in his arms, it's legs dangling loose and his tail wagging side to side slowly across the ground.
"Mmm, I don't know, it really should be with its family... " Jennifer began before she saw Nick's tail drop and his eyes start to become wet, "Urr, fine! But just for a bit, but you take him right back after that!" She shouted at her little blue son as he perked up and ran off happily.
"Thanks Mom!" Nick shouted as he ran off with the small white tiger in his arms, laughing as he went, the cub meowed cheerfully as well.
...
"What the Hell?!"
"Let me introduce you to my son, Ghost. Say hello Ghost." Nick said to the giant white tiger that strut its way into the room, looming above the man that dared name himself after his kind and make his father mad.
He looked up at Ghost, shocked to his core at what he saw on front of him, 'Wait... he said son... ', "You F*cked a tiger?!" He shouted at Nick, his jaw almost hitting the floor.
"Huh? Are you an idiot? Of course not, I just say he's my son because he considers me his father... he doesn't hide his thoughts well enough to escape me." Nick grinned at the memory of when he heard Ghost call him father in passing when he was using the powers the Phoenix gave him.
...
Nick could be seen meditating on the very top of a snowy mountain peak, harsh cold winds whipping across the landscape and hitting against Nick figure, but the cold seemed to not effect him, must be because of his recent power up from the snow giants casket.
'How much longer is father going to waste his time here? We could be fighting bad guys or eating granny's good food!' Ghost thought to himself in a huff as he laid down beside Nick, his tail sometimes wiggling about.
"Don't worry Ghost we'll be gone soon, I just need to think more on how I can fix things with Felicia and Death." Nick told his son without opening his eyes or moving.
'Mother? I say you get her a gift or something to make her happy... wait, did you just respond to my thoughts?!' Ghost shouted in his mind excitedly as he rolled back into his feet and jumped on top of his dad, 'Dad! Can you hear me?!' Ghost shouted at Nick in his head as he loomed over the fallen blue devil, his giant white paws on his chest, pinning him down.
"Don't shout! And yes I can hear you and if you really considered me your father you wouldn't be treating me with such disrespect and standing on me." Nick said as he looked at the paws on his chest, indicating what he meant.
'Oh, yea... sorry about that, I forgot what I was doing.' Ghost apologized as he got off Nick and watched as his father sat back up.
"Don't worry about it... but you might be on to something with the gift idea and think I know just what I should get her." Nick grinned at a confused Ghost turning his head to the side, "I'll even get a little something for you while we're at it." Nick told Ghost making his ears shoot up in excitement.
...
"Anyway we'll be taking the amulet now." Nick said as he got up from the chair and walked around the desk so he was standing beside Ghost, looking down at the man.
"Wait! You can't do this to me!" He shouted as he tried to attack Nick be he was suddenly stopped in the air, shaking slightly as he tried to resist Nick's power, unable to move, talk or fight back because of the overwhelming power barring down on top of him.
He felt absolutely hopeless, like he was under a god thumb, play to its tune without his own will to fight for himself.
Nick grinned as he flicked one of his fingers, making the amulet break away from the man's belt and into one of his awaiting hands, "Thank you very much~." Nick said as he drew out him words in a happy tone, he then turned to an excited Ghost and felt around his fluffy neck for a collar that was hidden from people's eyes because of how fluffy Ghost actually was.
Nick then attached the green amulet on to the collars metal ring, coming to rest on Ghost chest.
The amulet had started to come back to life once it was attached to a person once again, or in this case a tiger, pulsing a neon green light just like it was a heart beat.
Ghosts excited face quickly became one of pain, becoming scrunched up and his sharp teeth showing, it let you know just how much pain he was feeling as the amulets power had its free rein inside his body, growl escaped his tightly clenched teeth.
"Keep enduring it son, the pain will be over shortly." Nick told Ghost as he wrapped his arms around Ghost, holding him tight, to stop some of his struggling and to offer any comfort he could.
Minutes past like this until Ghost raised his head suddenly and released a great big rawr that literally shook the building to its foundations.
Once Ghost stopped he lowered his head again and huffed hot breaths, exhausted from the amulet reshaping his body as it's new and permanent home from now on, as Ghost regained his breath the amulet's bright glow settled down to just a dim light that was concentrated around the amulets eyes.
"How do you feel now?" Nick asked Ghost once he was calm again.
"Better... I can feel that I have gotten stronger, but not just my body, my sense's as well." Ghost said aloud but he didn't actually speak using his mouth, no, the amulet spoke in place of him.
"It seems the amulet is also a translator... Alright, once I remember the amulets energy signature we can go and get the other pieces and then the other amulets of power." Nick smiled grabbing ahold of Ghost and teleporting away.
Once they were gone the man fell to the floor in a heap like yesterdays dirty laundry, "D*mn it!!!" He screamed in frustration as he pounded against the floor with his fist's, tears and spite in his eyes.
...
"Alright this should be it." Nick said to Ghost as he bent down and picked up a translucent green claw that was hidden behind a trash can in a common alleyway you would find anywhere in New York, he turned to Ghost and attached the claw piece to his collar, once the amulet and claw were joined together they glowed and then settled down once again, "How's that?" Nick asked Ghost.
"I feel a little bit stronger but now I know the feeling of other pieces being added I can tell there are more pieces missing." Ghost answered.
"Well done, your absolutely right." Nick prised Ghost, patting his head, Ghost excepted the pats happily, giggling as his father rewarded him.
"There's another claw and then a jade tiger statue that once comes in contact with the amulet will turn into a jade translucent tiger that you can rider between dimensions and that's what we're after right now. I can't let anyone else but the ones I trust to have something like that, not a if want my plans to come together like I desire." Nick explained to Ghost, Nick then grabbed ahold of Ghost again and teleported away from the dark alleyway.
...
"And here's the next one." Nick said as he levitated a green claw out of a bird's nest in a little forest in the middle of nowhere.
Once he attached it to Ghosts collar he teleported them away again, on to find the jade tiger statue.
...
They reapeared in a cloud of red smoke, the smoke cleared to revealed that they had teleported into an antiques store and from the sounds come from the street they were in New York.
They were lucky that there was some space for Ghost to stand in but not move otherwise he would be breaking things left and right.
"Welcome! What can I hel- Have you come for me? I guess it is my time." An old man said once he saw Nick and Ghost in the middle of his shop, and he of course thought that it was the devil come to whisk him away.
"I've not come for you but a jade tiger statue, one with out a head and two claw's missing." Nick said to the old man, hoping that he would stop his rambling and get the statue for them.
"Oh, yes I know just what your talking about, I'll be right back." The old man exclaimed before he ran off like he was 20 years old again.
A short time later he was back with the jade tiger in his hands, "Here you are, is this the one you were talking about?" The old man asked curiously.
Nick looked at the jade tiger, opening his third eye behind his hair and looking at the similar energy signature to the one on the amulets around Ghosts neck, "This is the one, thank you." Nick thanked the old man, picking up the statue with his bottom hands and putting one of his top hands on the old man's shoulder, he then poured a drop of his chakra into the man, it should make him life for a couple more years before the energy ultimately rans out. And by doing this the old man quickly felt like he was a lot younger, "You shouldn't die so soon now, goodbye." Nick said before teleporting back home with Ghost.
...
Nick had teleported them back to his gym next to his room and he quickly got back to work, putting the jade tiger statue right next to the amulets on Ghosts neck and as if by magic they shook and glowed with power and they flew back together like magnets attracted to each other.
Once they were back together the jade statue started to grow bigger rapidly, but instead of separating from Ghost it actually grew around him, turning into something like a second skin or jade tiger armour.
Nick waited until the jade armour settled down before he asked his son how it felt.
"It's like I've suddenly grown bigger, I can feel the wind on the armour like it's my actual skin but I also feel that the armour is a lot stronger then my own skin, it's a weird feeling, hard to describe clearly." Ghost described, his voice coming from the jade tiger head around his own.
"Alright, can you retracted to armour?" Nick asked.
"Let me try." Ghost said before focusing, a couple seconds later the jade tiger armour shrunk back down, but it instead disappeared into Ghost body, the amulets were still on his neck but the jade tiger statue had disappeared.
"How is it?" Nick asked Ghost.
"I can feel a new power residing inside me, I feel that if I reach out to it the jade armour with come back out again." Ghost told him and just like he said the jade tiger armour appeared back on his body.
"Good, keep practicing that while I go get the other amulet, the signatures shouldn't be that different so I shouldn't be gone long." Nick said before he teleported away.
...
"Stop where you are! You are trespassing on wakanda soil." A black man in blue clothes shouted at Nick with his sword pointed at Nick's neck.
"Don't get your knickers in a twist, I need to speak to the black panther, I have a trade he might be interested in." Nick grinned, make the man sweat nervously because of what Nick's appearance reminded him of, 'It's the devil, I'm sure of it... oh god, I'm going to die soon aren't I!' The man panicked.
