"Do you think he'll do it Onii-chan," Ravel asks not believing people especially perverts could change so easily.
"I've been observing him for a while and while he is a pervert, he is stubborn and whenever he can get something his perverted nature wants, he will more than likely do it. Though if he doesn't do it, I'll just kill him and place his sacred gear into someone else." I tell her trying to reassure her while trying to reassure myself.
"Ok. Oh yeah, will you make me your Bishop when we get home." She asks while having stars in her eyes. Which is absolutely adorable.
"If mom and dad are awake then yeah, if not well just play until they are," I tell her which excites her even more.
Once back home we notice our parents talking in the living room which upon our entrance turn in our direction. I tell them how I intend to turn Ravel into my Bishop now that they're awake. They nod and get up and lead the way back towards the office.
Unlike yesterday they're inside the office today for Ravel's transformation.
Once they're all sitting down, I stand up and motion for Ravel to stand in front of me. I then take out one of my Bishop pieces and despite having been told what they look like they still receive gasps of shock because of their appearance.
Placing the Bishop piece in front of Ravel's heart the piece begins to sink into her. About five minutes pass with there being no change other than Ravel who's experiencing great pain within her soul making the outside world oblivious to her suffering.
Finally, a ring of fire begins to surge out of her in all different colors. I quickly form a ring of fire around her ring to keep it from spreading. It began to consume my fire but it didn't harm me since all I was loosing was mana while her fire was strengthening showing me that you can strengthen your element not just through training but by consuming said element that's at a more profound level though that would be pretty dangerous if you tried consuming it from a malicious source.
Back on topic aside for the ring of fire Ravel begins to get a few highlights of fiery red in her hair and the aura around her begins to climb.
What started as the aura of a Low-class level 5 Quickly began climbing to level 6 then 7 all the way up to that of a Mid-class level 5. Taking a closer look at her I can see that her Capacity has increased from Low-Class level 9 to Mid-class level 2 while her Control has gone from Low-class level 7 to Mid-class level 5.
My parents are surprised about her large gain in power and ask me what classifications her control and capacity would fall into now to which I tell them after telling them what level she was at before and then telling them her new level.
They were happy to have such a young Mid-class devil as their child since most would only be at that level in two to three years, but Ravel achieved it while only being 12. Though they do ask how her aura is that strong since one of the 2 named areas is at a lower level. I tell them that it's probably since her flames have been strengthened and told them how one's aura is a depiction of one's combat ability which takes many things into consideration not just capacity and control.
A few minutes later Ravel finishes her transformation and tells us how she feels. She's hugged by mother and congratulated by father while I just give her my best smile. Now we're all seated down in the office and father asks me how strong I am now.
I tell them that both my capacity and control have reached Ultimate-class level nine which they know to be the peak after I explained how I classified them based on how each class has a multiplier often before they can be considered the next class. All three get shocked but my father manages to refrain from going into a daze and so we wait for mother and Ravel to awake from their daze.
One they've recovered I tell them that if I were to release my aura it would be at the level of a Super-class level 5. This did it for them as now they're all frozen with their mouths agape which I found funny. Taking this chance, I take a picture of all three like that then one of Ravel individually to tease them with later on.
I wait for them to come back to reality and my father immediately bursts out laughing which wakes both mother and Ravel who instantly jump at me locking me in a tight hug.
Everything having calmed down I tell them how I plan to train for the next 6 months on improving my control and manipulation over my fire to which they ask why. I tell them how if one gets enough mastery of their elements, they may achieve things previously thought impossible. For instance, I show them my golden flame and tell them how it can be used to heal and accelerate plant growth giving them quite the shock since fire is only known for its destructive nature.
Right now, Ravel and I are within my room. I told Ravel that she should work on her control since it would make it easier to increase her capacity later on. I, of course, told my parents how to increase their control over mana and that if one has higher control it makes it easier to increase their capacity.
Back to me while the others are working on their mana control, I want to increase my elemental control. I still haven't told them about how I can use three others aside from fire, but I plan to after these 6 months.
I bring out my fire and look at it. not just on a physical level but on a deeper more spiritual level. How does it burn, how does it automatically know to consume my mana and if it is possible to fuel it with the mana floating in the air? It can but it became about 100 times more difficult to control. Others may have been disappointed at this, but I was ecstatic. Controlling this wilder fire would ultimately help with improving my overall control. So, without further ado, I began improving my fire control.
Two months have passed since then. My parents have both increased their control by 1 level along with Ravel who's closed to increase by another level. This didn't enhance their auras enough to reach the next level, but they were obviously stronger then they were previously.
Back to the topic of my fire its been fruitful. Now controlling fire fuels by the world's mana is as easy as controlling fire fueled by my own mana. Other than that, I managed to increase the maximum temperature my fire can reach.
To measure this, I had a special thermometer so to speak be made though it's just an array used to measure temperature. When I tested it showed that my flame temperature was 12,445 degrees F.
That's about 33% hotter than the surface of the sun. though its nowhere near the suns core which is estimated to be 27 million.
I also discovered other uses of my flames. I can now alter my flames color at will by filling them with my intent leading to a rainbow of flames.
Golden, as I said before, can heal and accelerate plant growth.
Black is the calmest but the deadliest. It won't burn unless I consciously will but after it starts it won't stop until all I originally wanted it to bur is gone including soul's unless I will for it to disappear. This flame also unlike my others that fuel entirely on mana fuels one anything, air, water, mana, life energy, matter, etc.
Green flames won't burn nature, they only burn animals, insects but never plants.
My blue fire is immune to water, so I can just use this when I'm up against strong water users.
My pure white flames I have found can bring the dead back to life, though they could only have been dead for at most 3 hours.
My flame that's a mixture of blue and white is cold fire. I've managed to get it to -50 degrees F before I wasn't able to get it lower though I wonder how low it will go after adding in my ice affinity.
I can also make invisible fire that can't be seen unless one is actively searching for it by manipulating the mana in their surroundings.
Well, the last time I made a breakthrough was 2 weeks ago which was finding out how to make my fire only burn certain individual and not burn all the others caught in the crossfire (basically a black and white list on who gets affected. The White list does get affected blacklist doesn't). So, I decided to change my focus to a different element. After much consideration, I decided to choose to practice my ice since I can use it to enhance my cold fire.
I've spent the past 2 months working on my ice element. At first, my ice would rank a 3-3.5 on Mohs scale which is weaker than iron that's a 4. Now it reached a hardness of 5 which is the on the same level as obsidian.
I've also managed to use it to decrease the temperature of my cold fire even more. Before it was -50 degrees F now it can reach -90 and if I really strain myself it can reach -95.
My parents were rather shocked when they walked into my room and got greeted by an icy wind and when they looked inside, they saw me covered in a layer of ice. I then explained that I had a total of 4 elements thanks to my soul though fire was still my most prominent one. They got surprised and ask what the others were.
I told them what they were and were just glad that I was even more powerful than before. I also told them that after all my training with my elements my aura had increased to Super-class level 6.
After they left, I continued to train and here we are today. Like last time I'm not seeing any more improvement with my ice element. I think I need to use it in battles to receive inspiration to increase my mastery over it further.
For the last 2 months, I decided to increase my mastery over lighting. My most prominent gain I think would be the increase to my speed and my new fire.
By mixing my fire and lightning elements I made a purple fire that has the properties of both fire and lightning. Those affected by it will be shocked and have a high chance of being paralyzed while also being burned. I've tried mixing my cold fire with lightning but that's proved to be too difficult for my current level of mastery.
Overall, it's been a very productive 6 months. My aura increased to Super-class level 7 from level 5. Ravel increased her control to Mid-class level 9 from level 5. My mother increased her control by 2 getting it to Mid-class level 6 while my father is still at Mid-class level 8. This increased Ravel's aura to Mid-class level 6 while my mothers increased to High-class level 3.
Now that 6 months have passed, I decided to go back to see if Issie fulfilled his end of the deal or if I'll have to kill him.
