She tried her best gave up all assets she had and risked her all financial savings of her family to save the cafe ; but this could not help her. Her biggest dream was turning into the worst nightmare. The world around to her was dark and she remained dejected. Now whatever she had was lost and she with her family was in great circumstances. Yes she was in a huge problem but there was no outcome..
LIFE was a synonymous to hardship for Violet. At every early stage of life she lost her parents. Her Aunt Crystal who was the younger sister of her mother took care of her. Aunt Crystal looked after Violet as her own child and Aunt Crystal never made Violet to feel that she is orphan. Violet completed her studies and helped Aunt Crystal to run the family restaurant. This restaurant actually belonged to Violet's grandfather who was a well known Chef in the early 1900s, previously the restaurant was a bakery which Aunt Crystal turned into a bakery in 1980s. The only source of there income was the restaurant Violet and Aunt Crystal worked day and night to meet there daily needs.
Day passed, months passed and the years passed.
Violet grew up and she was ready to get married. Violet married a businessman Kevin Richards. Violet and Kevin lived a stable life there after. While Aunt Crystal still ran the restaurant in absence of Violet. Later Violet gave birth to a child Ryan. Violet life got busy as a mother and a wife.
Ryan grew up and got admitted to university. Kevin as usual was very busy in his works. Violet felt alone and she wanted to do something to spend this emty time she had. Violet remembered the days when she worker in bakery with her grandfather. Her grandfather came into the city empty handed, but by his dedication and hard worked he successfully ran his bakery for 50 years. Starting from 1930s to his death in 1982 his bakery was another name for quality and finest bakery products. Whenever Violet visited the restaurant of Aunt Crystal her memories with Grandpa came into her mind.
Violet finally decided to start up a bakery shop. Kevin supported her. They found out a property on 17th Avenue which always had a crowd of youngsters & shopping freaks. This assured them that they will have daily and regular customers. 17th Avenue was famous as a Education Hub with many institutes, colleges and schools. Apart from that it had good market place on the other side. Kevin used his profits, so that bakery can be started. Whatever extra money he had, he invested in the bakery. They kept the name of the bakery as 'Violet's Bakery & Cafe'. The bought all necessary equipments for bakery like ovens, refrigerator, fondant rollers etc. Apart from bakery they felt they can have a cafe too.
So they bought appliances necessary for cafe. To help her, Violet appointed two assistants Austin and Allen.
Violet started making every kind of bakery products. Muffins, cakes, brownies, pasties, pies, cookies, breads, rolls, biscuits, cheesecakes, cupcakes, etc.
Along with bakery products they did offer coffee, cold coffee, milkshakes, tea. Austin and Allen were freshers but efficient in there work. The bakery shelf were full of products. Everyone was happy going to the cafe enjoy cakes, pastries with a cup of coffee.
Business was running good but still it wasn't on high scales. Violet was doing her best and as always Kevin stood by her and was supportive to her. Eventually the time passed and Ryan after completing his degree came back to home, joined Violet in the bakery. Violet was delighted as Ryan joined in. Bakery itself had a world inside.
Still something remained a problem for everyone.
