The light was bright, brighter than anything I had ever seen before. It was lovely in a sense but, does that mean I'm going to die.
I felt my soul slowly being dragged out of my body and I slowly lost all of my senses.
If I die what kill happen to Tabatha? Who will protect her, who will change these people here?
While I thought these I heard a voice but, I could only hear. I couldn't open my eyes, I couldn't feel anything and I felt like my life flashed before my eyes...Was that Tabathas voice?
"Please don't die!" Tabatha cried as I was looking at the light.
If I'm going to die then why can I hear her. Is she trying to save me? Is she just prolonging the inevitable?
If so, then the saying that the hearing is the last thing to go when a person dies is true...I'm dying.
I wish I could tell her I'm sorry but, I know it's impossible. Atleast I was there when she needed me most...I really am a failure who can't protect anyone.
I could no longer hear...I died.
I left my body as I flew into a tunnel of colors indescribable and ended up in front of a door I walked towards the door, opened and entered it as light hit my face nearly blinding me. I got used to the brightness almost instantly as I started to walk into the room.
"I'll be seeing you soon, brother." I said as I walked towards a light in the room and I saw a figure standing 10 feet in front of me.
The figure was like a man but, he had the lights covering him and I couldn't make out his face.
I noticed I was in a big bright white room. It was empty besides me and the figure.
Was he the one making this light or is it just the way the room is built?
Does this mean I'll be seeing my brother now, it's already been five years since he died? I wonder what he's like now.
Is this the gateway to heaven? Who is this person?
Will this person take me to my brother? Will he help me find him?
"Who are you?" I asked as the figure walked towards me.
Is this an illusion, a dream, am I really dead?
"Its been a long time hasn't it..." the figure said as he stopped a foot in front of me and I realized who it was.
The same black hair as mine, the same hazen eye color. A small yet strong figure, a little taller than me with hair parted in the middle. There's no mistake it's...Julius!
"...Asher. Go back it's not your time yet." Julius said as he pushed me back and I felt the heaviness of my body.
"No! Wait, Julius! I'm sorry for everything I did to you!" I screamed as I flew away from the room and slammed back into my body.
The last thing I remembered was Julius smiling and he whispered:"I know you are. Now go and change that world, be that special someone that you wasn't for me."
