The soul core theory was flawed although the soul core is a must for breaking through the Title Douluo, when the strength reaches a certain limit, it is necessary to condense the second and third soul cores, and the condensation of the latter two soul cores is not as safe as the first soul core, whether it is the isotopic resonance soul core or the yin-yang complementary soul core.
The isotopic resonance soul core is not so easy to say, as long as the mental power is sufficient and the control is strong enough, it is still possible to condense the second soul core with caution.
The other yin-yang complementary soul core is extremely dangerous. In the original work, Huo Yuhao, who had all kinds of plug-ins, almost died with the help of Mu Lao and his dragon pill. This shows the danger of condensing soul cores in this way.
However, high risk also means high returns. After the yin-yang complementary dual soul cores are successfully condensed, when the two soul core vortices collide and blend with each other to reach a balance, the soul power in the body will have the characteristics of two soul cores at the same time, and the new soul power generated at the same time will also become a vortex. This is a question of quantity or quality obviously I choose the later as I don't have any confidence to condense multiple soul cores and want to re-create the path of golden elixir so I choose to condense one as
it is too dangerous to condense the soul core in this way. Why not condense the essence, energy and spirit into one completely when condensing the soul core at the beginning, so that not only has the fusion of soul power, but also can avoid the danger of the Yin-Yang complementary soul core.
That is the inner alchemy method, the golden elixir avenue that condenses your own spirit, energy and spirit into one.
Which would be much easier to develop with the help of my cultivation technique only needs to take things a step further using this as the melting pot for cultivation and ideas from my previous life the practice of inner alchemy has four stages: refining essence into qi, refining qi into spirit, refining spirit into emptiness, and returning to the void and merging with the Tao which is my ticket.

From then on, the three energies of essence, qi and spirit can circulate back and forth. In order to achieve this cycle, it is necessary to have the state of unity between heaven and man and the way of running the small and large circulations in the body.
When the essence, qi and spirit can transform into each other, you can use the power of heaven and earth, use the spirit as fire, the essence and qi as medicine, and use the three dantian as a furnace to let the spirit and essence and qi combine in the Ren and Du meridians, and finally achieve the unity of essence, qi and spirit, and condense the golden elixir
It would not be easy or as straightforward as it sounds so that would be something to worry about in the future for now it would be filling the gaps and details in my practice so I can develop my martial soul and improve my theocratical framework to perfection and verify for any possible omissions and biases

It couldn't hurt to be more cautious and persue perfection in this kind of things as it directly relates to my future cultivation this should take care of the God core part as the throne it will be more troublesome one thing for sure though it requires law and although they are called Tao it has three categories and requires a lot of energy and insights
The first category, the root laws, refers to the root laws that constitute the operation of the world.
The second category, the laws of heaven
The second category, the laws of heaven and earth, refers to all material laws that constitute the world.
The third category, the laws of living things, refers to the special laws derived from all living things.
Together they are the major laws of heaven, earth and man mentioned by the Taoists in the previous life?
Man follows the earth, the earth follows heaven, heaven follows Tao, and Tao follows nature" is a quote from Taoism that describes the relationship between things in the universe and the general guideline of my practice and path of cultivation.
The human body is a microosm of the world and so cultivation is to learn from heaven and earth plus my cultivation framework has it's origin rooted in Taoism so all that is left is filling in the gaps and omissions to pave my own path using soul master cultivation as the melting pot for countless ideas
