After spending time finding them I identified the wolves.
[Grey Wolf]
[Health: 50]
[Attack: 5-10]
[Defence: 5]
I look inside my inventory to see if I was given any kind of starter dagger and armor.
[Rusty Dagger (White)]
[Damage: 1-3]
[Attack Speed: 10%]
[Ragged Leather Armor (White)]
[Defence: 3]
[Bread x10]
[Heals 5 health every second for 10 seconds.]
[Copper x 50]
I equip both the dagger and the armour, go into [Stealth] and sneak behind the [Grey Wolf] and use [Backstab]

I managed to do 15 damage but took 10 in return, a fairly good trade-off.

This time I do considerably less damage.
Another round and the Wolf has less than 50% health and I'm closing into halfway, luckily the CD time has finally finished and now I am able to both go back into stealth and use backstab again.

The wolf is almost dead, after a couple more rounds I the 1st wolf finally dies, I gain 20 EXP, I take some time to eat some bread and get ready to fight my 2nd wolf.
Soon I find my 2nd wolf to fight, the outskirts of the west side of the village is where you can locate the wolves, it is crowded with people but the good thing is that not all wolves are grey and by the looks of it, you are not guaranteed to gain the same quest from the village elder.
Once again back into the grind of [Stealth], [Backstab] and the occasional critical hit, making it easier for me to kill this wolf compared to the last, this time after killing the wolf instead of eating bread to recover health I let it slowly trickle back as now the hunting ground for wolves was too overcrowded and it is getting harder and harder to find a grey wolf to kill.
...
Several minutes later and I find my 3rd wolf to kill, but after this wolf died, instead this time I levelled up and received a notification.
[Level up. Gained 1 Strength, 2 Endurance, 1 Agility, 1 Intelligence.]
Looking at my newly gained stat points I'm both happy and sad, sad that I got 1 in intelligence because intelligence is the only stat which will not help me, happy because I got stat points in my 3 main skills.
Without looking back at my stats, I continue my grind of kill 10 wolves, soon I'm done with my 8th kill and I've gained another level.
[Level up. Gained 2 Strength, 1 Endurance, 1 Wisdom, 1 Luck]
Still not deciding to look at my current stats I go onto kill my final 2 wolves and rush back to the village to turn in the quest.
"Village elder, I have completed the quest you have given me." I said before taking the wolf eyes out of my bag.
"Thank you boy, here's your reward." The village elder replied before another notification popped up.
[Completed quest - Kill 10 Grey Wolves.]
[Reward - 100 EXP, 1 Normal Dagger (Green), 1 Silver, 5 Reputation with Beginner Village 19034]
"Do you know where I can go to get more quests?" I ask whilst I prepare to go to the Thieves guild.
"Every guild can give you quests, even if you are not apart of them, but if you go to the guild related to your class then you will receive double the reputation reward. Also, you can try to visit the Adventurers Guild, you won't find them on the main street in the village, they are usually operating out of taverns, most taverns will have links to the Adventurers Guild and you can go there to get quests, you can also find an Adventures Guild in every town and city, otherwise you're stuck with looking inside the taverns." The Village Elder replied.
After listening to the village elder I decided to head towards the Thieves guild, taking only a few minutes to arrive there.
As I walk through the front door I notice a lot more people here compared to last time and its a lot louder.
"Selling Thiefs Greaves - 10 Silver."
"Buying Blue Dagger - 20 Silver."
"Dynasty - Recruiting Experienced Thieves - Sign Up Now and Get 1 SIlver."
.....
....
...
It was now filled with about 100 people and over half of them were either selling or buying items or recruiting for various guilds.
I slowly managed to push passed most of them in order to get to the Thief Trainer, unfortunately, I was stupid enough to go straight to the Thief Trainer...
"Have you got a quest for me?" I asked.
"Nope, go to the reception desk, I'm a Thief Trainer, not a quest giver, what do you expect me to do?" I just stood there with a blank face for a while, before turning towards the reception desk, unfortunately, it was not like the village elder and we all had to line up, fortunately, though the line was only 10 people long and I soon got to the front.
"Hello, what can I do for you today?" The receptionist asked.
"Can you give me a quest?" I asked.
"Sure, what type are you looking for specifically? Would you like an Assassination, Theft or a Framing type quest? The receptionist didn't even blink while suggesting those types of quests, which I found weird, but then again they are NPCs.
"Is that all the types that you offer at the Thieves Guild?"
"No, but your current level isn't high enough to access other types of quests, if you want to level up you need to complete more quests, to see your current level just check on your emblem." I was told by the receptionist.
Before asking another question I take a look at my emblem.
[Thieves Guild Emblem]
[Level: 1]
[Thieves Guild Reputation: 10/100]
"What Assassination quests have you got?" I asked.
"We have 3 quests available for you, Assassinate Mayor Wilson, Assassinate Mage Fel, Assassinate Traitor Sar."
"So how difficult are these missions, you know, because they all sound so easy." I said sarcastically, 'I mean come on, they all sound fairly important at least.
"Impossible for you to complete, how about you go to the nearest tavern and come back when you are level 5, then you should be able to accept any quests here." The receptionist replied before moving on to another customer.
'Well then.' I thought before moving on to the Adventurers Guild aka a tavern.
