Author Note : There were some confusion regarding the "Infinity Bracelet" so as to clear on that subject the benefit of the artifact is for Bruce(MC) to adapt his being to exposure on the infinity stone, Thus he couldn't use all it's power as even though he absorb some in the bracelet it's just but a tiny in comparison to the real deal.
Also I've decided to give him only one ability to a infinity stone. And For Time stone he has a domain-based power of freeze time.
(Basically stopping time in his domain which also depends if the opponent's power output is greater then MC then it's negligible and may only slightly affect)
Similarly the rest of infinity stone's power in his bracelet will be limited to give him only one ability.
(Note : Due to exposure of the stones in future he won't be snapped out of existence and he would be able to weild them with no adverse effect due to his adaptive bloodline)

*Year 1939*
It's been just under a year with Bruce having a direct role in his company and he has managed to set-up his hidden empire which was till now up in it's infancy.
And with the Proclamation of America finally entering the War, He had the opportunity to infiltrate and hire small amount of trusted people to undergo his plans in various countries during this chaos.
Despite at present the amount of people in various sectors are small and limited, he was sure the people in these sectors would grow and strengthen his empire.
For now Each Sectors had individuals specific to the job description and he had personally recruited them after an extensive background check on them.
The individuals he selected as head of department differed from normal citizens to ex - military / mercenary to even upcoming geniuses.
And It was easier to convert them to his cause with just his reputation if not with slight use of his shadow-domain or some of his powers and there you have it folks a fanatic cult among this selected individual who kinda took what he said as word of God or something.
Honestly I didn't mind their beliefs on me, as long as they were responsible and dedicated to my cause I'm 100% happy with this results.
So with the H.O.D (Head of Department) in placed they were ordered to maintain their respected facilities and try secretly recruiting people to the cause.

The situation back at home was also a bit intense, with the war on its way my mother was a bit grieving and thinking of my late father who died in the previous war.
The same thing was up with Steve as he wanted to honor our father by enlisting in the army to fight against the bullies and now him being rich he tried forging documents about himself to enlist from various enlistment camps as he was being rejected due to his health issues.
Myself in particular had no such breakdown cause my entire focus was on my company and the upcoming war.
But I was there emotionally supporting my mother and brother and caring of them.

*Year 1941*
It's been two years since the beginning of war and his companies and the various sectors were blooming as well as his hidden empire.
(Now normally due to war many companies business are declined and thus shut down, But due the specific sectors of Roger's Company each sector added as a "support to the war" and thus instead of downfall it had its credibility)
Also in these years he and his company's R&D came up with many defensive armour for the army as this new design and capabilities of Kevlar and headgear were in leagues better than the current ones they were using as well as basic devices for the normal citizens.
Similarly the Medical sector and the News Media sector continued their contribution to the army as well as normal populance to keep their health safe and keep them thoroughly informed.
Thus thanks to such contribution to America's well being the Roger's Company was recognized for the defensive department and the Stark's Company recognized for the offensive department due to their weapons.
Thus few months passed before Bruce finally got the invitation he was eagerly awaiting for.
The Army's S.S.R group finally contacted him for the research and development of Dr. Abraham Erskine's experimental drug the "Super Soldier Serum" and to officially join the "Project Rebirth".
With Bruce joining the S.S.R in 6 month's time he had all his projects and small inventions lined up schedule for the following year as he wanted to focus on the serum and study and improve it especially for Steve.
But before he could go ahead with this, The goal of increasing his own power was on his mind especially with "Infinity Bracelet" as a reminder for him to acquire the next stone.
Thus with some research and remembering some of the Marvel universe content.
He knew the Space stone a.k.a the Tessaract is still hidden away from Hydra, as they would acquire it the year 1942.
So with the 6 months time period he wanted to acquire the power of infinity stone for his bracelet as these were the only known stones during this period.
With this goal in mind he started his personal covert mission to go to Tønsberg.

The mission of acquiring the power of space stone was simply so simple for him, with his skill of Void-Walk he was undetected and with the help of shadow based teleportation he was the Ultimate spy and a nightmare to his enemies.
Getting in the Cathedral was easy and with a mind-ward placed all human-guardians protecting the Tessaract were put in illusion.
Opening the hidden lock mechanism in the portrait of Yggdrasil he finally found the container of Tessaract and with the help of his artifact "Infinity Bracelet" he was successful in extracting the power of space stone which took him about an hour.
Once done with extracting as much power as his bracelet could contain, Bruce put back the Tessaract back into the place he found, lifted up the wards and quickly shadow-ported out back in his base in the States.
Thus for the rest of the months he continued getting familiar with the space power and was trying hard to work on which ability he might get.
