{With Team RWBY}
Currently, inside the Beacon Dorms, Team RWBY was dealing with the monstrous amount of homework they were given by their professors. Ruby was going over and completing the Grimm studies given to them by Professor Port as that was easiest for her but the most time-consuming. Weiss was going over the history homework they got from Doctor Oobleck. Blake was handling their project from Professor Peach and Yang was struggling with the homework Logan had left his classes.
.
Yang: "Come on!" Yang shouted out suddenly.
Ruby: "What's wrong, Yang?" Ruby asked as she continued to work. "Stuck again?"
Weiss: "Ruby, don't help her." Weiss spoke up from her little work area of the dorm. "She won't learn if you constantly help her."
Yang: "HEY!"
Blake: "She's right, you know." Blake added her two cents. "You do have a habit of asking for help with the homework instead of trying to figure it out yourself."
Yang: "It's not that!" Yang exclaimed. "Besides, I'm not as bad as I used to be."
Ruby: "True, it was worse when we were younger." Ruby commented.
.
Yang: "Anyway," Yang said, ignoring Ruby's comment, "The homework packet that Logan left us to do isn't as easy as I thought it would be." Waving said packet around.
Weiss: "How can it be that hard?" Weiss asked since she or the others haven't seen it yet. "It's only three questions and they're all open-ended. And each page is one question."
Yang: "Question One: A force made up of unknown robotic enemies is marching onto your position. You are currently inside a cave with only one exit/entrance and have a sickly family with an injured kid of 2 years old. You are heavily injured, low on Aura, dust, ammo, and only have ten minutes until the enemy force will arrive at the cave." Yang read off in an even tone. "What do you do to survive the ensuing fight against the enemy force? Explain your plan in detail and list off at least three possible outcomes from your plan."
.
When Yang read off the first question, the dorm went silent. All of Team RWBY knew how hard some of the things Logan gave them were, but this one question was one of the, if not the, hardest question he had given them. As Ruby, Weiss, and Blake tried to come up with an answer; Yang continued.
.
Yang: "Question Two: You are part of a scouting party looking for a location for a new settlement sponsored by a Kingdom. While scouting, your party comes across a Grimm never before seen with untold abilities. Upon trying to gather information about said Grimm, it spots your party. What do you do?" Yang read off again.
.
This time the dorm was filled with huhs, and whats. None of the team could even fathom the complex nature of the question. At first, it seemed extremely simple until one thought about it on a deeper level. The more one looked at it, the more they saw how many possible answers are there to it. Not to mention, it doesn't even tell you what members make up your party or any basic idea of how the Grimm looked to get an idea of what it could do.
.
Yang: "Question Three: Who are the 'King' in any of the Kingdoms?" Yang said, reading out the final question. "And to end It all off, a question in philosophy. Sadly, this is the only question I even had some idea how to answer."
Blake: "Yea, that question is easy for any Faunus that's been discriminated against before." Blake said as she understood where Logan was going with the question. "It's quite simple," Blake said as she went back to watering Professor Peach's project, "The true 'King' of any kingdom is it's next-generation that's bout to or will take over once the previous generation is gone or steps down. While it is simple to see, understanding it is an entirely different thing though."
Weiss: "No, even I understand what you're saying, Blake." Weiss said as she stopped writing. "The next generation is always important. Without them, any civilization will fall."
.
The Team nodded their head at Weiss's statement.
.
Ruby: "Logan wouldn't give the packet out without thought though." Ruby said after a moment of silence. "He usually has some sort of plan with each lesson, to teach us an important thing needed to grow. Either as a person or as a Hunter."
Yang: "Eheheha, So true!" Yang said, laughing at how all of Logan's previous classes were. "But I wonder what's he up to right now?"
Blake: "Probably dealing with some Grimm or something." Blake commented.

[With Logan]
.
Logan: "OUM DAMN IT!" Logan shouted to the heavens.
.
Currently, Logan had just finished fighting a veritable army of robotic drones that attacked him soon after he left Atlas. After having his aura almost breaking from the opening shot from one of them and plummeting down to the ground as they volleyed countless rounds at his falling form. Once Logan had gotten himself to the ground relatively safe, he had to fight his way out of an encirclement of constant bombardment. Even after getting out, each drone was heavily armored and armed with heavy auto-cannons that rained death at him with each shot they fired. Trees and rock that once littered the area he landed were turned to dust and fragments from the sheer amount that was thrown at him.
.
Once the battle ended and Logan regained his bearings and breath, he started to actually take note of what he was fighting other than what was needed to be destroyed before others. Each 'Drones' as he decided to call them stood at a good three and a half meters tall, had a human-like appearance and were heavily armored and armed with different armaments for different roles. Some had massive tank cannons mounted on their back, some with missile silos, others had flamethrowers or mini-guns mounted under their arms. But Logan understood one very important thing about these drones, they were made from Atlas tech and they purposefully targeted him.
.
Releasing a frustrated sigh, Logan stored all but one missile drone into his [Inventory]. Once he was done with the rest, Logan damaged the already destroyed drone, even more, to limit what one could find out how it was made. Logan called Ironwood once he was sure it couldn't be rebuilt properly.
.
Fun fact: Logan has Ironwood's number labeled as Iron-Dunce in his contacts. Plus he has a photoshopped picture of Ironwood in a Dunce Cap.
.
Iron-Dunce (On-call): "Hello-" Ironwood didn't even get the chance to finish answering when Logan shouted at him.
Logan: "Ironwood, get a recovery team down here. Now!" Logan shouted.
Iron-Dunce: "What happened, where, and do I have to send a cleanup team?" Ironwood sighed, he could tell there was gonna be a lot of paperwork soon.
Logan: "I was attacked by a small robotic army after I left Atlas, due South. You can't miss it." Logan sighed. "And no on the clean-up team. I'll stay here and give and a report to whoever you send. Gods, I need a drink."
Iron-Dunce: "Understood, I'll send Winter and a small team to come to you." Ironwood sighed himself. "Are you sure they'll be able to see it?"
Logan: "... Yea, I'm sure." Logan said as he stared out at the massive, crater-filled lands that were once filled with trees.
.
An hour later...
.
Winter: "You weren't joking when you said 'you can't miss it' ." Winter shouted over the Bullhead's engines. "How in the Brother's name did this happen?!"
Logan: "I did say I fought an army." Logan said as he covered his coffee pot for the dust the Bullhead was kicking up with his ash. "Just be happy that I managed to salvage one before the rest self-destructed." He lied.
Winter: "But still, a robotic army?" Winter asked. "With Atlas' defenses, we would have noticed if there was one."
Atlas Soldier: "We're actually about a mile, maybe two, outside the radar range ma'am." An Atlas soldier said as he and the rest of the team Winter brought with her unload and began loading the missile drone.
Winter: "I see, thank you, soldier." Winter said before looking back to Logan. "Is there any more than this one? Even pieces or shards could make this go faster."
Logan: "I doubt it." Logan lied. "After destroying a few, they started to disintegrate or explode depending on how damaged they were. The only reason I was able to even secure this one is because I managed to destroy the core in its chest and the head before it could do either. Hell, each one took several heavy hits from my semblance and could still move. Some even used those that couldn't move as shields or cover while they still fired. Plus, those things just screamed Atlas tech."
Winter: "I understand, thank you for informing General Ironwood about these drones." Winter said as the team she brought with her finished loading the damaged drone. "Once we find anything important, we'll inform you."
Logan: "Whatever." Logan sighed tiredly. "I just want to get home and sleep. I miss my wife."
.
With that said, Logan wandered off before flying away. Winter was slightly annoyed with Logan mentioning his wife as Willow, her mother, had been hounding her to at least find someone to date. With the way the family was going, Jacques Schnee was losing control of the SDC to a third party buying up a mass amount of stocks. While this was happening, Willow had been drinking less and has been happier as a result.

{RWBY: Fireborn}
.
Logan sighed as he stood outside the dorm he shared with Glynda. It being almost three in the morning didn't help as well. Slowly, he opened the door and quietly snuck in; all while making sure no floorboard creaked underfoot. His [Preasence Detection] let him know that Glynda was asleep in the bedroom, but he didn't dare to try to sneak into their bed. Once was enough to know that Glynda didn't like being woken up in the middle of the night.
.
So, making his way towards the couch, Logan threw his dirty clothes into his [Inventory] and put some shorts on while grabbing a blanket. Soon, Logan was drifting off to sleep, wishing to be by Glynda's side.
.
Upon waking up, he felt a familiar warmth hugging his body like a snake. Groggy, Logan started to feel around his body trying to identify what was on him. Soon, Logan was able to identify some soft but firm melons, a smooth and tone body, and two hand-fulls of doughy flesh. It took the owner of the objects to moan in delight.
.
Glynda: "Well, someone is eager for some loving." Glynda purred into Logan's ear.
Logan: "Oh... hey honey." Logan said sleepily, before kissing her. "I've missed you..."
Glynda: "And he's asleep." Glynda sighed but still felt his hands roam around her body. "Well, at least he still wants me when he's out like a light."
.
Soon, Glynda just stayed there on the couch with Logan and slept on his chest. Not caring to move into their bed and just be content where they were. Each enjoying the other's warmth.
