"Still not going to tell me what's the commotion all about?" Jazz tried to ask her cousin for the second time.
They are currently following the van that kidnapped the lady from the restaurant earlier.
They came out a bit late as someone is already on the process of pulling the lady from the side walk towards a van.
"Something about an arranged marriage, in which she refuse, then she was black mailed with some custody and a legal document. The guy he was talking with earlier is a lawyer." Jin surmised.
"So the lawyer have ordered to have those men abduct her after her refusal? What a total ass."
After driving for a total of twenty minutes, the van finally stopped in front of an old abandoned building.
They we're never noticed so they were able to follow them with ease, either the kidnappers are plainly dumb not to notice them or just didn't care about them.
Two men carried the lady inside the building while their leader instructed the rest of his men to guard the area before entering himself.
"So that's four of them in front and three inside, all of them armed. Got any plan on the mind of yours?" Jazz asked Jin.
"Sneak then hit them, don't kill anyone if possible." Jin answered after putting on some mask.
Though the men seemed to be your typical street gang criminals, nothing they can't handle of course, they ought to be careful not to be seen by anyone especially that their aim is to simply rescue the lady and not to kill the kidnappers.
They then went separate ways and sneak behind the four thugs assigned at the entrance, with ease they are able to disarm and knock them down, after making sure that they won't wake up for the next few hours they silently entered the building.
*****a few minutes earlier at the restaurant*****
The woman who have caught the attention of Jin and Jazz at the restaurant is called Yesha. She is usually a collected person but now she is anything but calm. She feels angry at her grandparents for being plainly greedy, sorry at her mom for meeting a useless man that calls himself as her father, pity and jealous at her younger brother's youth and ignorance, and miserable at the situation she's currently at.
She just got out the restaurant and is in an absolute turmoil over the conversation she had with that shitty ass that call himself a lawyer which her grandparents have send to blackmail her.
"Mom you're kind of unfair you know." She couldn't help but mutter. She loves her mom so much but sometimes, such as time like this she can't help but wish that she was still alive and with them.
Her mom died three years ago from cancer, at 18 she was force to manage the café that her mom own and take good care of her younger brother.
They could have been brought to the orphanage if not with the fact that her mom made sure it won't happen if she dies, she bought enough insurance to cover their living expenses at least a year after she dies and she also made sure that they have college funds saved up thus they could actually fend for their selves she just have to make sure that the café will thrive until both she and her brother graduates, easier said than done.
The moment her mom died a lot of sharks attacked and tried to destroy the café's reputation in hope for it to shut down and for businessmen to purchase the lot where it was located. With the new development that the government is making in that particular part of the city its value increased as it is a perfect location to conduct business.
It was total mayhem it wasn't even days since they've kept her mother's urn when she received offers and threats as well as break-ins and vandalism at the café. If not with her friend's help, she's not sure she could have manage everything until now.
She is too absorb with her own thoughts that she did not notice the van that suddenly stopped at her side, it was already too late when her instincts kick in, with the sedative they've injected her, it didn't take long before she lost consciousness.
When she regained consciousness she is already in an unknown place tied tightly. She heard someone talking but couldn't quite decipher what he is talking about, the effect of the sedative evidently still in her system. Hard as she try to focus her sight on the man that is talking her vision just isn't cooperating with her will.
Minutes later she felt a cold water splashed across her face which didn't help with her situation at all. Then she is grabbed on her jaw.
"You listening to me?" The man breathe on her face.
Out of frustration she spit at his face. Even a fool can figure out who could have send this men to abduct her. This action of hers earn her a hard slap followed by a strong kick sending her a few inches away.
The man crunched down and traced a knife on her face going down her neck. "Pretty gutsy for someone tied up and in a dire situation aren't you?"
She chuckled. "I know you can't kill me, they need me alive." True they can't kill her or their hope of increasing their wealth will be over.
"True, but that doesn't mean I can't do anything else to you." The man then harshly tear her blouse apart.
She tried to struggle and move away from him with futile attempt but this only make the man laugh, being tied up she can barely move.
The man pulled her hair with a strong force then pin her down, hovering above her. Smiling are her helplessness he leans down and tried to kiss her but she gathered all her strength and gave him a head-butt.
"Bitch…"
*slap*
*slap*
*slap*
Not contented he also throw multiple kicks on her sides.
"Hitting a woman? Just how low of a man are you?"
A woman's voice resonated in the warehouse making the man stop from kicking her.
