Several horns began to blare from cars, it was a sight that none had ever seen. Lying in the middle of the road was a man in strange robes of black which was at odd with the dressing of the people in the city. It was six in the evening and the last ray of sun was still shining from the cloud of white up above.
"Is he crazy?!"
"Why is he dressed like that?! Where are the police, people like this shouldn't be allowed to roam the street!"
"Is he dead?! Call an ambulance!"
It was like a scene out of a movie, as people drew closer to catch a glimpse of the man whose presence stopped the traffic on a busy time of the day.
What didn't occur to them was how strange the situation was, how was it possible that none of the cars ran over him and instead had the mind to press their brake on time and come out of their cars without beating him up. Also, how could someone be lying in the middle of the road with no trace of blood or bodily harm?
Lord Nezha could hear the voices coming from around him, his eyes remained closed while listening to what the people around him were saying.
Cracking an eye open to see where he was, he saw what he presumed to be humans, as he could feel no aura nor spirit energy from them.
"What am I doing in the mortal realm?!"
While his thought through the possible reason for his stay, the people around him were already pulling out their phones to take picture of him.
"I think is one of those people that love to do cosplay! I just wonder why he didn't find a place other than a busy road like this to do his fainting act!"
"Don't say that! What if he really is dead or gravely ill?!"
As the people among the crowd spoke, the demon lord began feeling for his powers, but strangely enough he could not draw an ounce of demon energy from within him. It was as though his body weighed like those of lead.
"What happened to my power?!!!! Why can't I circulate demon energy through my dantian?!"
