It had been a few days since Zhao Li Xin meditated after absorbing the fire essence from the gifted people, as a result, he managed to increase his cultivation but because they were in the middle of a battle he didn't have time to circulate his Qi which detrimental to his foundation if he keeps doing it, fortunately, Zhao Li Xin was blessed with a unique body constitution which was why in the past he still able to cultivate despite being poisoned severely.

After days of regulating his Qi, he was finally able to calm the chaotic energy inside him completely assimilate fire essence with his innated Qi then turn everything to pure energy that fill his dantian then gradually all his fatigue was washed away.
