The two walked the streets looking at every shop.
"There's the pet store!" Tokyo pulled Santos into the store by the hand.
"I want to buy a dog bed for him and clothes and everything!" she looked at Santos, confused as to why he wasn't answering.
"You're... you're still holding my hand" he pointed at their hands, holding in the urge to smile.
"Oh, sorry. I didn't mean to but I wanted to get to the store but there was a lot of people." she let go of his hand and hid them in her sweater pockets.
"If you ask me... I think there's still a lot of people." he put his hand in her pocket and grabbed her hand. He silently walked towards the puppy milk.
By the time they walked out of the store they had bought; milk, a bed, and toys(that Leo couldn't use yet).
"Can you remind me again how you have the money to buy all of this?" he carried most of the bags as they walked down the street.
"I... My uncle sends me and Hiro money every so often." that was actually true.
"Its getting hot, ugh" she unzipped the jacket and took her hands out. She looked at the hand he was still holding.
"Are we still going to be friends at school?" her stomach just just thinking about it.
"Yeah of course. Why wouldn't we? Princess, are you scared I'm going to mess with you because of what you did?" he looked at her laughing.
"Well a lot of people told me you where." she looked at the ground.
"Look Princess, we're friends now. Friends don't hurt each other and as long as we're still friends nobody is going to bother you." the two returned home.
"You want to stay a bit? You can feed Leo." she took the bags and put them on the couch.
"Sure, although I don't think your brother likes me." he had noticed everytime he spoke to him he had this serious tone.
"Nooooo.... Hiro doesn't hate you he's just concerned that the first friend I made here was a guy." it was normal for any brother to not like when a guy got to close to his sister.
"Tokyo heres Leo I fed him left over milk earlier he should be hungry again." he put the puppy on the couch.
He whispered something in Tokyo's ear and gave Santos a death stare before leaving.
"See that's what I mean he wants to kill me!" he sat on the couch placing Leo on his lap.
"Don't be a drama queen. Here feed Leo he's hungry." she handed him a bottle with puppy milk.
They say watching television and chatting for a long time.
"Hey, Tokyo I've been meaning to ask where did you get that medallion with the letter on it?" he noticed the chain she always tried to hide under her shirt.
"Oh... this... uuhhh my dad gave it to me the letter stands for... Tokyo" she held on to it trying to cover it.
"Its nice you shouldn't hide it. Hey I have to go my mom's probably worried by now. I'll see you tomorrow, maybe?" he walked out the door.
She looked down at the T on the golden medallion chain. It had a dragon like the one on the jade emperor medallion on either side of the letter.
"Its not that I want to hide it. Its that I have to..."
