The next evening Tony was sitting on his wooden chair in front of his herbal shop.
With his legs crossed in a casual style as he overlooks the hazy mountainous landscapes afar in the distance.
On his right hand he was holding a half full cup of green tea with the fragrance spreading a gentle calmness into the air.
'No money can trade for peace of mind,' Tony thinks to himself as he sips his tea with no regards to future worries.
"Mr. Liang!" a sound shouts from his left.
Without turning his head from the landscape Tony greets, "You're early today Guan Yu."
Guan Yu stops his steps as he stands next to Tony as though he wants to get his words out.
Suddenly Guan Yu goes on his knees with a face of seriousness and says to Tony, "Mr. Liang! Please take me as your disciple!"
"Oh," Tony turned his head to look at Guan Yu who was in a kowtow position on the ground. "Why should I accept you as a disciple? I like my peaceful days."
The teen on the ground would be overlooked by many masters for his skinny physique, without a hint of strength and vigorous vitality.
Lifting his head up to Tony's eyes Guan Yu says honestly, "Mr. Liang...yesterday I realized just how minuscule I am in this world. I want to be able to have the power to protect those close to meβ¦"
For some reason, when Tony looks into those earnest eyes that's begging at him it reminds him of a time in the past.
As Hui Liang in the Ip Man world his biggest regret was that he wasn't strong enough to save his mother.
Yet Guan Yu's words touched that part of his memory, there's power in his faith that made Tony sure that no matter the obstacle he will never give up until he reaches the goal.
"Guan Yu," Tony says to him calmly, "as my student I will set high expectations for you. Are you sure you still want to learn martial arts?"
Since he was rescued yesterday Guan Yu starts believing that Tony is the kind of superhero he watched in martial arts films.
The type of martial arts hero that could fly through the sky on a sword and remain an ageless immortal cultivator.
"Yes Master Liang!" Guan Yu shouts in happiness and kowtows on the ground in respect.
Presently a fat bald man with many tattoos stood in front of Tony with a deep bow, "Boss Liang!"
Guan Yu looked up with a surprise expression on his face and quickly stood in front of Tony with a boxing defence stance.
"Don't worry Master Liang I'll protect you," Guan Yu grits his teeth as he watches the bowing gang leader from before.
Tony gives a chuckle then explains, "Big Tiger is harmless now."
"Huh?!" Guan Yu is confused looking back at Tony.
After his increased Soul Power Tony was able to plant a 'seed' into a person's spirit when their mind is weakened.
Especially when Tony gives Big Tiger such a fright in the warehouse yesterday causing his mind to weaken from fear.
'Is this some superpower?' Guan Yu scratches his chin in wonderment observing the obedient Big Tiger who threatened them the day before.
"How's it going with the job?" Tony asked Big Tiger in front of him.
"Boss Liang I was able to secure ya order by using the gang's money to buy up a good location for a restaurant," Big Tiger reports to Tony.
"That's good, here's the instructions for the recipes," Tony hands him a large yellow package with papers inside. "You can go."
Big Tiger took hold of the yellow packaged bag with a bow and left the scene.
The town is not populated with people and mostly has elderlies staying at the small villages while the youths are out in the city pursuing a career.
Since he chose to live in this town Tony decides to take control behind the scene and operate many new innovations that will make this town a little more brighter place to stay.
So he chose to use Big Tiger's gang to first open a restaurant with simple but delicious chinese recipes that he created.
Another two week have passed by with no clients to his herbal shop, during this time the new restaurant opened up its door in the town.
Despite being a relatively new restaurant, Tony's chinese cuisine recipes brought in so many diners that it's seating is packed all the time.
Due to the new restaurant becoming such a success in little time Tony ordered Big Tiger to open up an additional western dining restaurant and traditional japanese restaurant.
Today in the early saturday morning Tony was showing Guan Yu how to hit the Wing Chun wooden dummy that was in the corner of the herbal shop.
"No Guan Yu, relax your shoulders a little," Tony says to him pushing down on his raised arm.
"Like this Master Liang," Guan Yu hits a wooden piece.
"Yes, by relaxing you can move your hands faster," Tony nods telling him.
As Tony was teaching Guan Yu the movements there was a loud knocking on his large wooden doors.
He was not expecting to open since it's only 7 in the morning, "Master Liang I'll go check."
Unlocking the large wooden door Guan Yu lowers his eyes to see a little ponytail girl with teary eyes looking back at him.
Her big adorable eyes were pleading at him, "Mommy's sick, can you heal her?"
The little girl points with her fingers to a wooden haul with four wheels attached on the bottom.
Guan Yu took a look on the inside and saw a woman lying on the wooden haul.
She seems to be in her 40s with tan skin and wrinkled fingers from farm work, and her black hair was mixed with grey hair from the years of daily toiling.
But what took Guan Yu's notice were her dry chapped lips were very pale as she closed her eyes in deep sleep.
