Stopping their close combat attack, the two fighters like careful tigers circle the ring watching each other's movements.
Taylor was flowing like a butterfly in the ring as he observed Hung, ready at any moment to go in and hit an attack.
Hung again moves in for the initiative and punches a couple kicks in the air at Twister.
Following with more punches and blocking as the two of them fight evenly, this time Twister is more careful of any attacks his opponent is planning.
These attacks that Twisters swings at Hung are so powerful that Master Hung begins to lose the initiative to Twister.
They could only be described as shooting cannonballs as each of his bashing is so devastating.
Hung takes the choice of backing away from the close combat battle and moving away from the chance to be hit by his opponent.
But the ring of the bell calls for the end of the first round as the referee steps in between the two fighters.
Ip Man walks close to the corner of the ring where Hung is sitting for the break.
"Master Hung!" Ip Man calls out. "Are you all right?"
"I'm fine."
"In the next round, Master Hung, instead of trading punches, test his ribcage," Ip Man advises.
Looking at Twister who's watching him closely Hung replies, "It's not that easy."
The bell rings again to begin the new round of fighting.
Hung runs and does a flip in the air like a skater and swings his fist at Twister who blocks it with two arms.
The Twister exchanged many blows to land a solid hit inside. But Hung always manages to block it with his kung-fu.
Going downwards Hung hits a two fist punch at his stomach area from the side.
While dodging the punches that Twister throws at him, Master Hung managed to kick him at the waist in the short distance.
Making Twister stumble backwards from that force behind that waist kick.
"Good kick!"
"Kick the foreigner down!"
Finding that his punches are not working, Twister switches to hitting swift jabs aiming for his opponent's head.
Hung dodges the jabs and aims at Twister with claw-like fist attacks making Twister move his backwards in order to avoid them.
Finally, Hung manages to kick Twister again in the stomach pushing him backwards.
In addition with a good land of his fist at his opponent's head.
But while Hung was doing a two fist attack at twister, he was not fast enough and got punched in the face.
Not only did he take hold of that attacking opportunity, Twister also added in a strong hook that knocked Hung to the ground.
Seeing this turn of event made many martial arts masters and audience members stand up in unforeseeable astonishment.
While some audience members like Superintendent Wallace applaud in cheers shouting, "Twister!!"
Seeing that one of the fighters is on the ground the referee called Twister back into his corner.
The lightbulbs flash all around as the ref starts the countdown, "1...2...3...4...5...6…7...8...9"
Beginning to open his eyes, Hung struggles to stand back up, the ref holds his arms to ask, "Okay? Look at me! Are you okay?"
The fight continues as Hung stands there casually and Twister gets into a boxer stance.
The two fighters exchange numerous blows and Twister catches Hung inside his arms.
Hitting punches to Hung's right side as they twirl together in the arena.
"Break it up guys," the ref calls out.
Finally Hung managed to break out from Twister's arms and flung him on the ground face first.
The audience was quiet as Hung leans casually on the ropes watching the ref start the countdown.
"Shit! Master is out of breath," Kai saids below the stage, seeing Hung's weak state leaning on the ropes.
Getting off the ropes, Hung was wobbling on his feet as he circled the boxing ring.
He was beginning to lose that energy he had before to take the initiative and engage in powerful attacks.
He was too slow as he delivered the attack and got hit with a driving knock in the face.
Hung turns around in the air to deliver a two feet kick simultaneously at Twister.
Not only is he out of energy Master Hung's face was also very bloody from the numerous punches delivered at him.
While on the other side Twister has eyes beaming with energy as he readies to prey on his opponent.
Luckily at this moment the bell rings as Hung's student recalls him down in the corner of the ring.
"Master, sit down and rest a bit."
Hung flung down on the ground of the ring where Ip Man was standing a towel filled with blood.
"Stop fighting, Master Hung!" Ip Man calls out.
He notices that Twister is still so vigorous as he looks at where Hung is sitting.
"I can't let that foreigner insult us," Hung saids.
"Don't get hurt for your ego!"
"I can abide in order to survive, but I won't let him insult Chinese martial arts!"
The bell rings again for the next round as the students help Master Hung get up from his seat.
Ip Man watches with a worrisome face as the two fighters engage in the new battle.
"Fight!"
The areas of the face around Hung's eyes seem bruised, while Twister has an appearance of not a scratch of wound on him.
Hung was beginning to have asthmatic problems breathing as he blocked Twister's attacks.
He does a turning punch from the side at Twister's ribs like before.
But this time he was too slow, and got whacked in the face, followed by a smash in the face with a straight.
The punches were so strong that it flung Hung on the ground of the ring.
"Master! Master…"
Ip Man wants to throw in the towel to resign from the fight, though stopped by Hung who grabs his hand.
It was at this moment that Hung's eyes looked perseveringly into Ip Man's.
Eyes that seem to speak more meaning through the persistence than a thousand words from the mouth.
Peering with focus at Ip Man, Master Hung shakes his head to decline his action.
With a stern expression that seems to mix with anger and anxiousness, Ip Man could only focus his eyes on the man in front of him.
"Master!" Kai calls out.
His eyes were watery as his heart was deep with sadness knowing he couldn't stop what would happen.
"Master!!"
His pupils shouts at him from below the ring.
