It wasn't just Shiva's killing intent but also Indra and the other Deities revealed and aimed their fangs at Kisuke.
The recipient, however, just shrugged his shoulders, "Why are you angry? I'm just doing you a favor. Do you want a grand war and no one to stop it? Here you go~! No one's stopping this and it'll be so grand that if you guys are not careful, you could potentially eliminate all life on this planet." The smile then disappeared from Kisuke's face before continuing, "You may say that I'm exaggerating, but I've already witnessed a few of those already."
Shiva and Indra's eyes went wide open. Kisuke just revealed that he went behind the Evie Etoulde lines so their information might be inferior to his.
Shiva clicked his tongue and his body started glowing, "You'll regret this."
Kisuke sneered at him and retorted before he completely disappeared, "That's my second-best favorite line."
Soon enough, Shiva's newly formed faction also disappeared, following their leader.
Indra first stared down at Kisuke before smiling fearlessly, "It's really a shame that you couldn't come to my side, but it's also worth it seeing Shiva like that." He then also started glowing, "Not many could agitate him so take pride in it."
"He messed with my girls and that won't be the last thing I will be doing to him."
"Then you can have my scraps after I'm done with him." Indra disappeared after leaving those words. Unlike Shiva's faction, not any of Indra's faction are hostile to Kisuke so they respectfully nodded at him before leaving.
The formerly full white space became wide once again with just the neutrals and Kisuke remaining.
Kisuke turned towards them and saw that they were discussing something among themselves, "Aren't you guys leaving too?"
Zeus turned to him with a smirk, "If not for that harem of yours, we would have been completely caught off guard. Thanks to them securing a lot of places prior to this summit, we were also able to prepare our own."
"Spying on my girls, huh? I don't think I can approve of such a hobby."
Zeus instantly shuddered, "You know what I mean so don't say it like that. I'm really scared of you right now, you know?"
Kisuke only chuckled, "They are probably also surprised by this."
"You didn't tell them?" Odin asked, not believing a word he just said.
"With so many mind readers around? This is the best avenue for maximum effect."
Sirzechs then remembered something and inquired, "Didn't Rossweisse work with you this past week?"
"She did. It's so much fun watching her trying to keep it to herself. She didn't go insane, did she?"
Sirzechs' sighed, "I heard that she had been uncharacteristically clingy with Issei these past few days." He then turned to Odin and said, "Now I know why this old man was warned by Issei."
Kisuke then turned to the last member that he hadn't met previously. Taking off his hat, he extended his hand, "Nice to meet you, Amaterasu-sama. I've heard so much about you."
Amaterasu closed her fan and revealed her face with a beautiful and enchanting smile before receiving Kisuke's hand, "I'm also glad to finally meet you, Urahara-kun. I've heard so much about you too that it's hard to gauge which ones are accurate."
"People who want to paint certain pictures and narratives like exaggerating too much." Kisuke replied while shaking her hand for a brief moment, "Forgive me for being forward, but I'm curious. Will the Takamagahara finally fully step forward? And why on this side?"
"Prophecies, but I heard you don't like them so I'll leave it at that."
"You're right about that. It's essentially a monkey paw situation for those who are expecting them."
"I agree." Amaterasu nodded while sighing, "But we also can't ignore it so now I'm forced to appear here."
Seeing a good chance to interject, Shemhazai spoke up, "Urahara, what do you plan to do next? We'd really appreciate it if you give us a bit of heads-up this time since this war could really end the world... More than any other situation from the past."
"I'd say that you don't really have to worry about it, but you'll never believe me with that. Just understand that I've essentially created a prisoner's dilemma between Shiva and Indra. They are still not fully prepared so it's advantageous for both sides to stay still first and consolidate their new faction, however, it'll be disastrous if the other side makes the first move and that's the same for those who are supporting them from behind. They have no choice but to go in."
"And why shouldn't we worry about that?" Sirzechs asked.
"After their initial clash, they'll stop and be at a stalemate. They would try to inhibit each other's abilities to consolidate through small skirmishes."
The members of the neutrals all looked at each other. They are now sure that Kisuke indeed has access to more information about the Evie Etoulde world and maybe even more than Indra and Shiva.
"Why are you certain that it'll just be small skirmishes and not a full blown battle when the alien forces arrive?" Michael asked what's on everyone's mind.
Kisuke grinned widely and answered as if his prank was a grand success, "Because Beelzebub-san and Azazel-san are doing a really good job right now disrupting their backlines. Instead of Earth, why couldn't they just directly attack each other's supply lines?"
"...They what?" Sirzechs' and other's heads short-circuited, "Run that by me again?"
"You heard me~. Having said that, do you guys want to make a deal with me? I assure you that it'll greatly benefit you."
For the first time since this conversation started, they are now realizing how much of a Devil Kisuke is compared to the king of Devils.

A few moments after the barrier covering the entire Earth disappeared, all the core members of the Ouroboros Academy gathered within the rarely used War Room, "As most of us have expected, he took down the barrier." Sona sighed while sitting on the head of the table.
"As soon as he called for Rossweisse, it was easy to guess." Yoruichi added and she's sitting on the opposite side of Sona, "For now, let's monitor the situation. You guys focus on what's happening on the surface. Let my girls handle the dark sides."
"Will they be alright?" Sona asked, a bit worried. Yoruichi introduced her team to them just a few days ago but they haven't met any of them personally.
"They'll be fine." Yoruichi gestured and multiple floating holographic monitors depicting various areas of interest appeared in front of her, "Actually, they are safer since most of the eyes will be looking at us."
At that moment, Akeno interrupted and made a bigger screen appear on the wall behind Sona, "It just came in right now. A major spacequake was detected from the Dimensional Gap and the readings suggest that it came from the clash of Magic Power and Spiritual Power. We can assume that the leaders of Etouldes and Evies have come into contact."
Sona leaned in and became serious, "Great. Their clash should be able to disrupt various major communication lines. As we've discussed before, Koneko and Kuroka will open and guard the gate to Soul Society. Yoruichi, Riveria, and Aika will be going to their side and bring Alicia Crowfeather back, peacefully, of course."
Koneko, Kuroka, Yoruichi, Riveria, and Aika nodded in agreement.
"Akeno, Irina, and I will stay here to monitor the situation while Medusa will take Serafall-neesama to guide our guest from the Soul Society. Keep your lines open as much as possible. We'll coordinate further once Kisuke's done with the neutrals."
"What's our objective for now?" Medusa asked as she fixed her glasses.
"Be as disruptive as possible without revealing too much of our cards and eliminating Evies and Etouldes that you'll encounter if possible." Sona's eye narrowed and her killing intent started leaking, "Those two for now, but keep in mind, once we find our chance, we'll take Shiva's head."
Shiva thought that he was able to keep his secret maneuvers just to himself. Unfortunately for him, he just officially made enemies with one of the most vengeful groups on the planet.
