Stephanie's breathing stopped for a moment.
"What?" She asked in a shaky voice, slowly getting up.
As she sat down, Leo stretched a hand and hold her arm.
"I don't want to destroy our friendship but I want to ask," she could see his Adam's apples moving up and down as he gulped hard.
"Do you like my brother?"
She turned stiff by his question. After blinking a few times, she smiled at him.
"I don't. Why? And what does it have to do with our friendship?"
Leo became silence for a long time, he just had his eyes staring directly at her constantly blinking which she found so charming.
Eventually, he sighed, his hand holding her arm slid up to cup her cheek.
"Would you like to go out with me?"
She furrowed her brows, "but we just went out," she said innocently even though deep inside she knew what he meant.
Leo pursed his lips as if hesitating whether he should continue or not.
