Cafe 175
Louisa sighed and about to turn around when she saw her mother passing the road with eyes locked at hers.
And so she ran away but as her feet moved, she heard her father screaming her mother's name and through the glass wall of the store next to her, she saw a truck heading towards her mother.
Her eyes widened; face paled in fright. When the truck drove away, Louisa saw her mother in his father's side, both were on the side road standing, embracing each other.
An indescribable relief rushed over when she realized that her mother was safe.
She quickly rushed them, the thought of losing her mom weakened her heart. She squeezed herself between her parents while holding her tears.
"I am sorry mom. I am sorry." She said repeatedly no matter how many times her mother told her she was ok.
"Let's get you home," her father said.
She raised her chin and nodded, "I am sorry too, dad."
