Alexa was left dumbstruck. It took some time before she was able to regain herself.
"You moron!" she yelled and went upstairs to get a vacuum and start removing the dust in the basement.
Hearing Alexa shouting, Selena grabbed Barney to hide. Knowing her, she would probably sit with them and complain about Thirdy.
When Alexa's figure appeared in the living room, Selena had just closed the door of the utility room with Barney. The room was so small and their bodies were so closed.
Selena was not aware of how hard Barney was trying to hold his breath. He bit his lips, chin was so close to her nose. He gulped repeatedly, he could almost hear his own heartbeat.
"Selena! Where are you?"
Selena squeezed herself to Barney in panic. She didn't want to listen to Alexa right now, she hasn't had her breakfast yet and she definitely didn't want her frowning face as her first meal.
"Aish! Where are they!"
