Leo wasn't kidding when he said that he will help Cassie with her thesis. It was past midnight and he was still in front of his computer searching for Freedom of Speech.
He groaned and leaned his back against the chair. He was in the living room since he didn't want to disturb his brother from sleeping.
He looked at his phone. The last message he received from Cassie was around eight and it was to say that she was going to sleep.
He put down his phone and stared at the space. He missed her already. He and his sibling won't be coming to school because their skin was still blue and it will take time before it will disappear.
As he went back to his research, footstep approaching him sounded.
"Whoa! Leo! Why are you still awake?"
Leo squinted his eyes. He found his sister with a mask on her face walking towards him.
