Alejandro rushed down to the nurse station and asked them to pull out information about Selena Su.
His eyes quickly scanned the paper. Each word stayed in his mind and remained there like a permanent tattoo.
He furrowed his brows upon reading about the removal of her ovary. Then he flipped the next page and his eyes swelled by the information.
"She was… pregnant?" His heart pounded so hard, he could almost feel his heart and blood rushing in his nerve. A static sound in his ears made it impossible for him to think.
Then his breathing hardened, he knew that his blood was rising uncontrollably. So to calm himself, he held his breath and tried to inhale slowly.
He held his breathe and counted to ten before exhaling.
Only then he was able to calm down. He shut his eyes and switched to the next page.
