"Actually, that is true. We are departing for our next destination, Drumstrang, today. So I wanted to talk to all of you before we departed so that you all would have enough time to think things through." Evelina said in a serious yet polite tone.
That is when all the parents and Headmistress McGonagall noticed how tired the Heirs looked, despite the calm and elegant outer appearance.
"That is fine, dear, please go on." Fleur reassured Evelina softly.
"We all Heirs have a Council of our own, it includes our Advisors and Ministers who help us out throughout our reign along with the Ambassadors. We are the ones who select the members of the Council, they are the ones whom we deem trustworthy and loyal to us." Evelina started.
"The other three Heirs have already named their Councils and now I have also decided to name my council now, that is Alice, Dominique, James, Lorcan, Lysander, Fred and Roxanne." Evelina finished calmly and looked at the parents.
All of them, except Oliver and Headmistress McGonagall, were stunned, their faces slightly pale in shock and confusion.
"Princess Evelina, none of them have skills and knowledge, among them only Alice and James are the ones who can give some reasonable advice and are reliable." Bill, who was the first one to grasp the situation and speak.
"All they need is loyalty towards me and my trust towards them to become my Council, I will personally train them and make them worthy of their positions, so please don't worry about it." Evelina assured them with a warm smile.
"Princess Evelina, we are just worried that they will become a burden for you instead of being your help." Ginny said in a worried tone.
"They won't be, now all I need is your consent. I assure you I will take care of their comfort and safety." Evelina paused and calmly looked at them.
"But... once you give consent and the elders agree, their freedom would be limited. Though I will try to give them as much freedom as possible, which might become an empty promise. I hope you consider it thoroughly." Evelina completed and looked at them calmly, without any expression.
She did not want to hide any of the facts. She told them truthfully what will be the actual scenario she even confessed the possibility of her promise becoming an empty promise without any hesitation.
"What will they be doing exactly, Princess Evelina?" Angelina asked anxiously, she was worried that both of her children who were a troublemaker will create nothing but mess for Evelina to handle and she did not want to put Evelina through something she went through.
"After we receive the approval from our elders, we will personally train them for next three years. By us I meant all four of the Heirs. All four Councils will be trained together in the same environment, in the same manner." Evelina started her explanation.
"At the end of the training we will already have a tacit understanding between us and we will also know in which department they excel and appoint them accordingly. At the end of three years they will surely become more responsible and mature than they already are." Evelina concluded.
"Princess Evelina, what does it take to get the approval of the elders of the Royal Clan?" Luna asked for the first time since she entered the Guest Palace.
"They need to prove their loyalty and trustworthy towards me by passing the disguised tests arranged by the elders." Evelina smiled softly as she nodded in assurance, Luna nodded her head with a small smile.
