She waved her hand in a semi-circle manner and the air around them stopped flowing, it was complete vacuum.
The hexes let out by the other three froze in mid-air because of zero air flow. The other three along with all spectators, where speechless and dumbfounded.
There was a small smirk as she dusted her dress off of the invisible dust and then looked at three calmly as if giving them an option of stopping the duel or continuing this way.
The other three knew that she won't given them another chance to stop it was either they take this chance or duel till they flop down on the floor.
Ethan and Aria lifting their hands up in indication of their surrender, they can't speak because of zero air flow even if they speak the other party won't hear anything.
Evelina then calmly looked at Antonio as if asking him to relay his decision. The latter looked at the other and knew it was better for them to stop, he also raised his hand in surrender.
Evelina resumed the air flow and with a flick of her wrist she dealt with the three hexes with ease. She then looked at the trio who was standing in front of her, who were looking quite haggard and battered because of the duel, except Antonio who was still in a better condition comparatively.
"Now would you three mind telling me the reason for this sudden duel" Evelina asked calmly, though she dueled, she was still clueless about the reason because she started attacking her out of blue.
"You have changed Little Sister" Aria said helplessly.
"Yes Little Sister, there are a lot of changes in you which made us doubt you for an impostor for few moments which led us to test your skills and the result is something we all know" Ethan said in helplessness but there was a hint of annoyance to the ends of his words.
"What made you think that I changed" Evelina asked in confusion and disbelief, she did not know what triggered such a horrible thought inside their minds.
"Little Sister, think about how you were before and how you are now, retrace your steps, I'm sure you will find what changed in you and what made that change" Antonio deliberately asked her to retrace her steps.
He wanted her to be clear of her feeling and growing attachments to few people, he did not want her to be confused and take a wrong step, he wanted her to be hundred percent sure about what she wants and what she doesn't want.
Evelina calmly listened to Antonio's suggestion, she also did feel that something was wrong or different with her but she could not pin-point it but now hearing her Elder Brother suggesting her to retrace her steps she knew the trio was not joking when they said she changed.
Evelina nodded her head in agreement and understanding, she decided to do it today itself which meant her appointment with James is to be rescheduled for some other day.
"Lets head back, I am sure they are in desperate need for some answers, lets give them some before they go insane with curiosity or else I am afraid that 'Curiosity Kills The Cat' phrase might actually come true in their case" Evelina said calmly as she chuckled softly.
The other three nodded and the four of them started descending the stairs and reached the ground, they then walked towards the Headmistress, four Ambassadors, the Professors and their friends confidently and elegantly under the watchful eyes of other students.
