Chapter 62 - BREAKING INTO PIECES....

The usual cheekiness and easy going attitude of his was nowhere in sight. His eyes was cold and indifferent as he randomly fixed his gaze in the crowd, his eyes darted towards Lauren for a split second but regretted it the very next moment.

Lauren sat there, with his jaw clenched, fingers balled into fists as it took all of his self control to sit there to witness their beloved sister going through a mental torture, though she assured them time and again that she was fine they knew it well that she was everything but fine.

Sam breathed out to calm his ranging heart, he was angry at everyone he knew but was more angry at himself for being useless and helpless.

He was angry at his parents, angry at his grandma and then angry at himself and Lauren for the the useless brothers they were.

"Hello everyone, I am Sam Eden Wood, Ambassador of French Crown. Now I am introducing the Youngest and Last Heir decided, Her Highness Princess Evelina Rose McJonnes" Sam introduced the Heir.

It took his more than self control to complete it without flinching when he knew that Evelina would feel like her heart being chopped into pieces when she hears him address her as 'Her Highness' and 'Princess'.

In the Great Hall the Potter-Weasley clan and their friends were the ones whose eyes went as wide as saucers. Though Alice already guessed it she could still not help but be stunned as her prediction was confirmed.

James did not know why but he felt like his heart was being squeezed and he felt a strange uneasiness inside his heart which was first time after that incident which changed his life for better and for worse.

The doors to the Great Hall opened and Evelina walked in, her poise confident and calm, her eyes cold and aloof yet vigilant.

She was dressed in champagne ball gown with bishop full sleeves and White velvet and white fur bordered over-robe with a trail longer that the tail of her gown, attached with diamond embedded chains and brooched on either of its ends.

Her chestnut hair beautifully wrapped around at the back of her diamond tiara and diamond dangler earrings adorned by her jade white ears.

Everyone curtsied to her, Evelina was calm on the exterior but was breaking into pieces when she saw that her newly made friends and family were curtsying to her and the disbelief and shock in the eyes of her newly made friends was enough for her to break down internally.

Though she was dying from inside she kept walking forwarded her poise calm and aloof, her jaw tense because of her restraint on her actions, yet with all of it she looked elegant and ethereal angel who descended from the ninth level of heaven.

She ascended the stage where her Older Brother and Ambassador was waiting for her. She nodded towards the Headmistress and the Heads of Ministry in acknowledgement and then dipped into a low dip of curtsy for the other three Heirs.

She made sure her eyes did not meet anyone's as if they did next second she won't be able to keep her calm and composure.

The other three Heirs as well stood up and curtsied for her in respect and so did the ambassadors, Evelina nodded curtly towards the latter and turned around to face the students in front of her though she regretted it the most.

She kept her eyes trained towards the entrance of the Great Hall, she did not look at the students because she was afraid that her eyes might accidentally meet someone she knew, as she was sure of the look in their eyes and she was sure that she won't be able to take it.
