titles: achievements that the user gains. gives either a positive/negative effect.
-Otherworlder(get 5 P.P and 5 S.P)
: A being that came from another world. Reduce XP need to lvl up user's lvl by 10%
-**** summoned(get 8 P.P and 8 S.P)
: summoned by ****. change all base stat that beneath 10 into 10 points. reduce the skill and spell XP needed to level up by 10%. Gives 2 random max lvl perk: inventory, all basic element affinity.
-Ultimate perk hoarder
: Only people who're capable/ truly lucky can have 5 perks max level before lv.5, decrease perks cost by 10% if they cost more than 9 P.P

: Unleash your anger to your enemies. increase all your basic stat 50% by (30s x skill lvl). after the buff is gone, reduce your basic stat by 50% for (11 hours-skill lvl)

VIT: Determine HP(VIT x 10) and SMP(VIT x 5)
END: Determine DEF (End÷5), HP regen (End÷10) and SMP regen (END÷2)
