The next day Bert called Lily and had her bring Rose to his house.
"I want to go too." Rose cryed.
"No this time it's just for grownups. You are going to play with Bert's sister Betty. She plans partys for people."
When they got there Bert introduced Betty to the girls.
"Mama says you plan parties can I help?" Rose asked.
"Sure can, I'll teach you all about party planning." She said taking Rose into the livingroom.
"Lets, go and by the way you look beautiful. I hate to take you out and let others look at you."
Lily blushed red all over but they headed to dinner.
"Ok first thing you need is a note book." Betty said handing Rose a book and a pencil.
"Then we need to write about our ideas."
Rose frowned. "I can't write."
"Yes you can." She took her notepad and another pencil. "First this will be for a birthday party." She then drew party hats and a cake with a candle then a gift. 🥳🎂🎁
Rose watched then smiled, "I can do that."
They spent the time drawing everything. Rose drew everything from food to balloons.
After a while Betty made cheesy macaroni with tomatoes and chicken for dinner.
Rose was having a great time. When Betty laid her down to sleep Rose asked, "Do you think Uncle would ever want to be my daddy?"
"Don't you have a daddy?"
"No, my mommy and daddy died. my mommy now was my sister once. She thinks I don't remember because I was one. I like Uncle a lot." Rose said with a yawn.
"Well then we will work on making Uncle Bert you daddy." She kissed the girl on the forehead as she drifted off to sleep.
Betty the curled up in a chair to read a book on rasing healthy adopted childern.

Zane had been working all day on a new project. The more calls he made the more beast lile he got.
Bella studied for some more exams so left him alone but when it got late she made him some coffee and walked into his office.
"No, look at page 14. These numbers are way off. How incompetent are you? You have two days to fix this or I will be finding someone to replace you." He slammed the phone down.
He looked up, "get out Bella, I can't handle you right now."
"I just brought you some coffee." Bella sat the cup on the desk.
"I said get out! If you don't mind I'll lock you up. Now leave." He then threw the coffee cup and it smashed against the wall.
She turned and walked out. She then got her bag and left. She did not know what to do so she headed for Ben's Place.
Josh welcomed her in. She explained what was going on and asked to stay the night there.
As she lay in the guest rooms, tears pooled into he eyes. She had thought the Beast had gone but she had just fooled herself.
Zane after a few more hours finally got his emotions under control and went to look for Bella to apologize. When he could not find her he panicked. He tried calling her but it would ring twice then go to voice mail.
When he told her to get out he did not mean the apartment just the office. He then called Betty.
"Did Bella go home?" He asked.
"How should I know? What is going one?"
"We had a little disagreement and she is not here now. Can you try calling her?" Zane asked.
"Yes, let me call you back." Betty hung up and dialed Bella
Bella answered, "Hello"
"Where are you? What is going on?" Betty asked.
"I'm at Ben's place. Zane told me to leave and then threw the coffee I brought him all over his office. I can't deal with that right now." Bella was tired of this.
"I'm sorry and me coming to ask for help probably did not help. What are you going to do?" Betty asked.
"Stay here tonight, let him calm down. Then I'll figure it out tomorrow."
"Ok, get some sleep." Betty hung up. Then she called Zane back.
"Did you talk to her?" he asked.
"Yes, she is at Ben's place. She is upset and is giving you time to cool down. I suggest you give it to her if you don't want to lose her."
"I can lose her, It's just this new project is going all wrong and the company needs this. I can fail."
"She knows this, that is why she is giving you space. She will talk to you tomorrow." Betty hung up.
Zane typed out a message
[I'm sorry, please don't leave me.] Beast
[I won't, but I need space tonight. You hurt me.] Beauty
[I'm sorry, I love you. Come home soon.] Beast
He knew he screwed up big time. He picked up a few things and shattered them.
He could not stay here without Bella so he grabbed his keys and headed to the bar.
He was sitting in a corner drinking feeling really buzzed when a tall blonde came and slid in next to him.
"Hey handsome, can I buy you a drink?"
"Go away." he growled.
"Now now tiger that's no way to talk. Looks like you need a refill, Joe one more over here." She called out to the bartender.
Zane drank the alcohol and listen to her rattle off something. He really did not care. When he stood up to leave he felt a wave of dizziness set in.
The woman then ushered two men over to carry Zane out. They drove him to a hotel near by.
"He's going to be a good one. Got everything set up?" She asked.
"Yes ma'am, do you want the shot now?"
"Yes, make sure it's a high dose. I want the girl to be really frightened as he uses her."
One man pulls out a vial of clear liquid and draws some up in a needle. They then strip Zane down. When he starts to feel the pain and passion they leave but leave a young girl in her mid twenties there. They picked her up at a club nearby and stripped her down too.
Zane woke up fighting the pain. "Who are you?" He yells at the girl.
She tries to make herself small against the wall crying. "Please don't hurt me."
Zane shakes his head trying to clear his head. The pain is over powering him but he must get out of this and kill who ever is behind this.
"Listen, do you know who is doing this?" He asked.
"No, I was at a party, some guy gave me a drink then I woke up with two men and a tall woman that threw me in here and told me to enjoy." She said.
"ok... do you see a phone?"
"There is a phone over there." She pointed to a desk.
Zane struggled over and picked it up. He dialed the only number he could think of and prayed she would pick up.
