"But I must say, the girl has some guts. She threw the resignation on our faces. The only girl who was not intimidated by your anger and my charm!" Smith winked.
"Hmmm! Her company is getting a really good holding from past two years. Though its no where near us, but it would be nice to defeat her. It will be good for our reputation!" Austin picked up his tablet, googling the recent news about the couple involved in trial. The couple had gone for a honeymoon in Maldives, where the boy got drunk and hit his wife.
"Yeah! True! Provided you don't keep staring at her again and again in the courtroom. It is a clear case against the our client Austin, just make sure you don't fall for the girl and do something stupid!" Smith looked at the boy, who was reading something on the tablet.
"Don't worry bro! My love for money and success, is much more than any feeling in the world!" Austin smirked wickedly.
"Very well then! I shall arrange a meeting for you tomorrow with John! He is currently bailed out and is under police survilance, at his home!" Smith spoke up, getting up from his seat.
"Ohk! Tomorrow moring let's go to his house then! We might also find some evidences at his home, which we can use against his wife." Austin too got up from his seat.
They both walked towards the living room and Smith once again looked at Austin.
"Any results?"
"Nope!" Austin spoke casually.
"Should I find a new doctor then?"
"Yes!"
"What will you do now?" Smith halted at the threshold of the door, looking at Austin with worried eyes.
"Study for this case!"
"You can do it tomorrow bro! Atleast just close your eyes and give rest to your head."
"I can't do that!" Austin spoke with a straight face.
"Why? Can't help thinking about the girl?" Smith chuckled, looking at the boy's angry face.
"Shut up!" Austin looked at him in anger. They both knew, it was true. Austin really liked the girl, five years back and even now. Now that he knew, he will see her again after good long five years, he will again keep thinking about her. The worse part was, he could not even sleep to stop the train of his thoughts. So, he always kept a good stock of books and food for the night-time.
