The time at her wristwatch was indicating nine thirty when she reach the elevator. The entire floor was empty since the work hours has ended quiet a long time ago.
Having to work overtime was something that she already expected. For someone with zero knowledge of office working and no real experience of working, Han Lixia has no thought that her having to work overtime was not something abnormal. For the Television show she is binge watching back then with Rasya, It's normal to have one. Only she didn't count that today was her first day joining the company.
Feeling tired and sleepy she only wish to get home quickly.
A yawn escaping her mouth as she got inside her online rented vehicle. She quickly told the driver her exact address.

Because non-resident was not allowed to enter the estate area, she has to walk the rest on her foot.
When she reach her home she saw a middle aged man in front of her house gate. The still having-big-hole gate of her house, she has no time and no plans to repair it. Renovating that house was surely not a do able task for her. Why wasting energy if it was still comfortable to be lived in?
He was pressing the intercoms bell that she knew it is not working. She had not had a chance to install it to a new one.
"Hello."She tap the man shoulder lightly, afraid of startling him. The man was an elderly that she cannot risk to be impolite. Also she didn't want to give him a heart attack and become a murderer.
"What can I help you, Sir?" she asking politely as the man turned to her. Despite being polite she didn't lower her guard, the man in front of her was still a stranger. Her father always reprimand how dangerous stranger can be. It's better to put a little suspicion than become sorry later.
"Young lady, our family Constantine was running in your house." the middle aged man replayed her in the same polite ways.
"It is a dog, miss." seeing the questioning looks on the young lady's face he added his explanation. He ought to get Constantine as soon as possible before it start to cause any trouble.
Constantine was his Master pet dog, a big Tibetan Mastiff that not very friendly as a pet. It only act as a pet to his master. That why he need to bring it home soon. He has no heart to imagine that the young lady that look so delicate to get bitten by it, remembering Constantine was especially hostile toward female gender.
"Miss, you better wait outside while I catch...." his word trailed off when the scenes before of him was the scene that had running inside his head. The young lady was already entering through the big hole in the gate when he is busy with his thoughts. And Constantine who is hiding behind a thick bush beside the house start to run towards the young lady.
Actually it was Constantine favorite place, it often run away here. However, now the house has a person living there. He couldn't be ignorant to let it stay there and endangered the life of the house owner. Moreover it was a girl that is living there and a girl is exactly Constantine biggest enemy.
Butler Wu can't help but to close his eyes and wait for the young lady to scream in horror when he saw Constantine was ready to pounce on her. He has no ability to stop it from going berserk. He has no intention to take the young lady's place to be Constantine play thing, as it was a certain thing that it will gone his way if he ever try to stop it. He could only pray to god that it will go as far to break the young lady hand.
But his fear was replaced with a shock. His mouth open wide! He rubbed his eyes to make sure that his eyes was not deceiving himself. There's no bloody scene he often had witnessing, there is no Constantine pinning it's the lady on the ground then breaking at least her hand or chewing her hair to make her go bald. Butler Wu had long question it is absurd attic, how can a dog be so mean?
What transpired before him was, Constantine sitting in front of the young lady looking so docile and harmless while the young lady lazily petting it is head like it is just an ordinary dog, not a big and supposed to be dangerous wild animal.
The interaction beween the two of them was comical, Constantine seemed to act as a lost and scared dog while the young lady was recultant to accept it. Who have the thought that there is a day Butler Wu felt like laughing after all the trouble he is getting from Constantine.
"Be a good boy and go back to your home." Han Lixia said to the dog. However, as if the dog could understand her word, there is no sign for it to move. It looked at her with it's puppy eyes make her doubt that it belongs to the man. Her suspicion come back to her, he could be some animal kidnapper who enjoy in torturing animals before make a dish out of them.
"Is it really yours?" she can't hold back, she is not an animal lover but she can not let something tragic to happen to them. If she had the opportunity to save it she will try her best to make sure they're save and loved.
"Yes, it is. I live in that house, miss." Butler Wu sensed the change in her face become full of suspicions. He abruptly pointedly the huge mansion opposite the road, he also offering her his business card.
He can not afford to be misunderstood by the young lady. Not after what he had witnessed yesterday.
