When a bond is created you have a unique line of calling to each other. You can communicate with the other with just a thought, no matter if you were on the other side of the world.
" Welcome to the family!" Everyone says in unison, which is kind of scary but whatever. They all embrace me into a group hug but I stand there motionless as I was ways taught to refrain myself from such acts.
"Now for the easier parts." I'm handed a packet of what happens to be a 150 question test, "This test contains questions that you are required to know in order to integrate into Alicia's everyday and bussiness life." says Thomas. "You're expected to know at least 60% of it in two days. No pressure or anything but it's a crucial part of the contract."
I scan the packet and I see just about every answer of the questions I actually read. "No problem, I'll have it done by then." Thomas and Sofia both give me a look of approval.
"Well as fun as that sounds and all, I would sure like to take Athena out to meet a few of my friends if I have permissions to. It wouldnt hurt her to expose her to the place a bit." proposed Alicia with an ecstatic expression.
"You may go, but remember to be home before 10, and update us periodically. Also take the car with you, we can't spare any drivers at the moment as we have bussiness to attend to." says Thomas with a doting look.
"Thanks dad!" she runs towards him giving him hug and dragging me out of the room with her.
About what seemed a century later, Alicia was finally done with her "quick" change and application of makeup.
"I think I'm good to go now. Let's hurry before it gets too late we have alot to cover." she says as we walk into the garage and pick a black jeep which I would have never assumed to have been her favorite car.
She quickly summarizes as to who all will be there; including Jose (her boyfriend/half-breed), Monica (boyfriends little sister/half-breed), Kendra (vice-captain in multiple clubs with her/friend/half-breed), Olivia ( fake friend to her but real friend to Kendra/ human), and Blaine(boyfriends best friend/not mentioned much after that).
By the time shes done we pull up at the VIP parking spaces in the mall. Ofcourse she had to have her own place reserved, she did own about 58% of this mall. We enter the mall through a private elevator which leads to what happens to be a lounging space for her and a few others. As I step out of the elevator I get a waft of what happens to be hormones emitted by her and her boyfriend.
"Hey baby, I missed you so much it's been to long since I've last seen you." claims Jose as he picks her up and twirls her in a Disney princess kind of way.
' Gag, kill me now. I cant stand this kind of scene😑'
"I missed you to, but with everything going on I had to be out for the week, sorry" Alicia replies as she gives him hundreds of small pecks on his lips. "Speaking of which, guys I would like to introduce you to Athena. The person I was telling you about."
Everyone turns and stares at me with either a friendly stare or a suspicious one.
'Well this is going to be fun' I think with an internal smirk.
