I look at my dress in the mirror and damn I look beautiful as always, haha !! I'm really quite narcissistic can't help it though.
I put on a white dress, a knee length and at the hem of my dress a red spider lily bloom up.
I love red when it apply in a white colour.
The reason ? heh !!
I couldn't help but quiver my lips up in a smilingly smirk.
In my 17 years of life I have come a 'real' cross with vampire once and that encounter is not a really favourable one. Well tecnically I come across many but that were just a fleeting moment not a real to real close contact.
It was when I was eight years old, I was playing with my mom ,my mom huh !! long time not thinking about mom.
She is such a beautiful and wonderful mom, her smile is as radiant as a warm spring breeze. We used to be such a happy family, everything was perfect until that hateful woman Calistine came into our family. But I cannot put all the blame to Calistine though, my parents are to be blame too, They are just a bit too weak.
While I was lost in my thought I was suddenly hug from behind, a strong hand encircle around my waist,and an intoxicating smell crowded my nose.
"Hmm.. What is that your thinking again?"
My mate whisper near my ear, and I could feel his hot breath. My ears is really sensitive and it itch.
"My parents"
Suddenly the grip on my waist get tighten.
"About ?"
His tone is as usual, but I couldn't help but feel something amiss.
"When I was eight and play happily with them in the park"
"You want to talk about it"
This might be the first time we speak aboug my parent.
I just smile a little at that.
"Not really, they die early so My memory about them stop at when I was eight years old, I particularly grew up at the care of my uncle"
"Your uncle...... He is the don of the Nocturnus right ? "
It sound more like a statement than a question as if he was clear about it but still ask me to make a confirmation and tell the truth myself. I never lie oh !!
I Just smile again at that. As expect nothing can be hide from my mate who is the alpha king, well What I mean is the obvious exterior. My inner life even if they search for a millenium until and unless I say it they won't find out.
"En..."
As I acknowledge his statement his hold got increasinly tight.

"it not like what you think, my life with uncle is really really great, he treat me as his own daughter, I didn't suffer any grievances ,my life is quite peaceful and I really love it"
"I will give you a more comfortable and peaceful life, You cannot return to your uncle home, you know that right ? "
I just want to openly roll my eyes.
He just want to monopolize my whole being. He want me to be by his side and never crave for any other place except by his side.
A really control freak.
The type of boyfriend I always dread of having. Lady luck really is not on my side.
"Let's go we will be late for the meeting"
I proceed to get out of his hold and walk away but he wouldn't budge.
"Answer me first"
"What is there to answer ? "
I inquire.
He warn me in a low growl.
"Thara"
"Fine, Ok I know, I cannot return happy !! " but I can go to other place hmph !!
I gaze at him glaringly.
He give me a deep look sigh a little and let me out of his embrace but hold my hand tightly instead.
We drive for 20 min and finally reach the meeting hall.
When we reach and enter the hall all eyes were on us especially me. A seem to be human in a place full of Monster. Like a really odd ball. Not counting the three human who is apart of the council for a long time.
Hurriedly a man came towards us and greet us smiling brighltly showing his pearly white teeth. Wow, here I thought my teeth is already quite white. I should surely ask him what toothpaste he used.
"Ah !! This must be queen Luna"
The pearly white teeth man said. Bowing slightly.
"Nice to meet you"
I greet and flash him my also consider pearly white but not that much compare to this man teeth toothsmile.
He look a little startle hehe~
I know my teeth is also quite shiny ok mister.
I flash another brilliant smile, if only I knew how dark my mate mood is right now I would never show my also consider pearly brilliant white toothsmile.
We proceed on our own respective seat.
Other than smile bright competition earlier, My face now became stagnant.
Today meeting seem to be quite important as all the three council member are present. The vampire, werewolf and human. Since here our big alpha king is present and yes our vampire king is present as well.
He might be good looking but Vampire are never my type, their pale white skin. Oof.. Not my type at all.
If my mate is cold, aloof, arrogant, devilishly handsome, outwardly and stay-far-away-from-me-you pollute-the-air-I-breathe aura. Than the Vampire would be, gentle looking, aloof, strikingly handsome, their was a faint gentle smile hung on his lips as far as I see. He look easy going and approachable type, but for him to be the Vampire king, I don't think gentle exist in his dictionary.
He conceal his true self really deep and I admire him for that.
One of the Vampire sitting on the left side of the vampire king stood up and he look to be around 30 years old but hey !! don't be deceive by their appearance. Vampire can live for thousand and thousand years oh !!
I don't really care this so called meeting. To speak the truth.
"Greetings everyone, today the community called this meeting because of the problem arise near the south east Marine. It seems Sirens have act up after their hundred years of silent"

I didn't think that today meeting would unexpectedly be about 'Sirens'
And silent for hundred years, WRONG !! they have been active all along, they work on the shadow while this fools are in light.
The 'Sirens' seem to do something ,of course they did, Sirens, they plan on doing something and they are really good at concealing their work,no wonder only after 100 years they find out about their activity.
I secrectly took a glance at my mate, he still look the same, no emotion ripple in his eyes just the same emotionless look. He seem as if he is not concern about anything that they say.
While I was trying to read him he must have notice my gaze as he bend down and look at me straight into my eye, and I will tell you being look at by such a devilish and a hormone sprayer, you will feel a certain degree of embarassment ok !!
Although I am quite confident with my looks its still really embarrassing as my act earlier seem like I was secrectly checking him out and he caught me red handed.
He smirk a little. The emotionless look disperse and was replaced by an indulging doting looks, and gentleness ,an obsessed and a crazed looks seep out from those mesmerizing deep whirpool that seem to suck one's soul by his grey eyes.
I could feel goosebumps forming all over my body. I can take the doting and gentle look but the obsessed and crazed look, motherf*cker, I'm f*cking scared ok !!
I quickly cast my eyes down,too scared to look at him.
There is something telling me that my mate knows exactly what is going on with the sirens.
My intuition is quite accurate, if not I wouldn't be alive till now regarding all the dangers I have gone through, my intuition is never wrong, if that is the case my mate is not really just a mere Alpha king.
And the fact that he is stronger than me, if he is just a werewolf alone even though he is the king,he will not be stronger than me, I know the extent of my strength and people who are stronger than me are far and few, and if they are a little stronger than me ,with my few tricks as a booster, I can defeat them.
I hide my psyche well,even if they do a full asess on me, its unlikely that they will find out my strength.
Thats what father left me a type of unknown method to hide my strength so as to protect myself from being a limelight.
I wonder what my mate is, half of him is a werewolf,than whats the other half, its really amusing to think that my mate is a hybrid like me, I wonder what his other species is. I'm curious but it stop at that,I have no intention of finding out.
Something tell me if I find out I might end up in getting deeper connection with him and that I might never be able to escape from him through a lifetime.
"What trail did we find so far ? "

Ok let me just give them a no, no 1 are werewolf, no 2 vampire and no 3 human.
"we have only a mirage of their activity, so far we can only know that they are collecting runes, an old ancient runes that even we didn't understand, the runes must be far older than us".

Another group from no 1 take out the two picture of the runes.
"this are the only photo we can take, they are too secretive and cautious, some of our man who spy on them have been found out by them, the sirens are quite powerful than the last hundred years. They captivate them with their killing song"
When I look at the picture of the runes I couldn't help but be internally shock.

I mutter lowly under my breath that only I can hear even to the werewolf and vampire hearing.
But my mate suddenly look at me sharply, maybe as to why I can read such ruin. Waa... I don't know his hearing is this f*cking good.
I dare not look at him as I am hell bend not telling him, stupid mouth.

Through the whole meeting I keep my present as quite as a mouse.
After the meeting is over we drive home and through the whole ride We didn't talk.
I keep looking outside while my mate look at me, reading me as if to see through me.
When we reach home, my mate drag me straight to his room.
Putting me on the bed looking at me with a sharp eyes.
"how did my little mate know that,that ruin is revive ruin ? "
He look at me sharply as if to detect me if I lie in the slightest and his question is a thorough command to answer and no backing out.
godness gracious !!! I'm in a deep sh*t,and its really smelly, hell... Damn !!!
