This is the end of the first volume of Sol Conflict.
Good endings are overrated. Was this a good ending, or a bad ending? Honestly, I don't know. It just felt like an ending.
I always pursued a strictly hard-science writing style, meaning that every piece of technology was well within the laws of physics, most being based on actual existing technologies or scientifically speculated near-future developments (with ONE exception). I hope this didn't get in the way of the fun.
What happened after the People's Republic fell? The civil war or... the gamma ray weapon? Well, these are for the next book as you can guess.
Speaking of the next book, I am actually planning to start a completely new book before continuing to write Sol Conflict. So many ideas in my mind... I didn't even start writing yet, but I will, eventually.
During that time, if you liked me as an author, you can check out my previous book; The Phantom School! (That one was my first novel so it is not going to be as good as this one, but anyway...)
