Marcus Hall was born in 1905 to a poor family in a farming village in the west of Webïrú a small border town of Wess. His father was a veteran of the Second Korubo Gurrilea War and his mother was a nurse working in an infirmary located in the very same town. Marcus was heavily inspired by his father who was a former Lieutenant and all of his stories and accomplishments by his dad's deeds in the war and found them the time his dad was telling them when Marcus was in a bad mood and was feeling depressed.
At age 12, Marcus joined the local Webïrúian Cadet Corps (WCC) to his mother's protest, but she accepted his decision as he was insisting on his parents the money will be really helpful in the winter days. When he turned 18, he qualified to get promoted to sergeant due to the shortage of Volunteers, or more commonly referred to as Scapíya in the local Korubo language. Marcus is extremely tolerant to the local Korubo due to the stories his father told him of the Royal Korubo Regiment who his father served with.
In 1923CE, Marcus would be the some the few to volunteer to join the 71st BSF Regiment to fought in Iyidan-Heitailan war. It was here where he would receive his infamous nickname, 'Marine' from fellow member of his unit due and accident in which he fell into a river on the route to Iyidan city.
