Chapter 3 - Chapter Two ~

Staring vacantly out the window my mind drifted away. I watched as the leaves blew away in the light winds. Noticing the small details in life was never my thing. After waking up in the hospital something within me had changed.

Deep inside there was an unknown throbbing pain. Was I seriously ill? I didn't know the answer to that. Waking up, remembering nothing was scary. Someone claiming to know me. Were they trustworthy or put me in a dangerous situation?

I sighed as I stared at that unknown young man. He silently sat there sleeping. The circles under his eyes were noticeable. When was the last time he had gotten proper sleep? Getting out my bed I strode towards him not daring to make a sound. As I stepped closer towards the door I tripped.

"Ouch!" I whined rubbing my head incase there was a lump.

"What do you think you're doing out of bed?" a cold voice growled at me from behind.

"Sir. I think you have the wrong person. I honestly don't remember you. I'm not even sure I can trust you." I grinned.

Walking towards me each step left an echo sending shivers down my spine. The closer he got the faster my heart raced. Picking me up he walked me back to my bed.

"Stay here, I'll be back. I promise. Honesty you can trust me I'm not a bad guy, once you leave this hospital I'll tell you more about me and help you recover your memories." he waved then walked out the door.

It seems he really wants to help me. Every time I see that man a warm feeling always resides inside me. Was it a feeling of trust? Love? or even a friendship? I didn't know. Claiming he can help me recover my memories I had no choice but to trust him.

Waving my fist into the air got me pumped. "Let's do this!"

Moments later the man once again walked back into the room.

"Ari, J brought you some clothes. Please change into them soon. You'll be leaving this hospital today." He handed me a bag of clothes.

Accepting the bag I walked to the bathroom in the hospital room. The bag that the man had given me felt a bit heavy. I may need to work on my stamina and physical strength I sighed.

After what felt forever I finally had finished changing. My outfit had changed from a hospital gown into a navy blue ribbon dress with a white zip jumper. I felt guilty for not trusting this man. His actions have never harmed me. He's been by my side ever since I woke up.

Finally putting on my socks that matched my boots I walked out. I wasn't into the idea of wearing heel boots with a dress but who was I to complain. I didn't have clothes that could pop out into thin air.

Tying my long hair into a loose braid I walked out of the bathroom to meet the man.

"As expected you clean up nicely." the young man smiled.

"Shall we?" he asked.

"Lead the way" I followed him.
