Synopsis
Normal Everyday Highschool Graduate Ross MacDonald Has no Idea what to do with his life now that school is over. Struggling to keep his basic job at Walmart. He slowly starts to fall into Depression realizing he had no clue what to do with his life. He tries to escape his life by indulging in Japanese culture Via anime and manga. Trying to relive his child hood a little bit he starts replaying old Pokémon games and wakes up in an alternate version of the games he used to love and now he finally has his goal...to become the champion of his new world. Although he goes about it in a slightly “Different” way than most aspiring trainers.

Chapter 1 - How To Succeed?

"ROSS! WAKE THE FUCK UP ITS 12:00 IN THE GOD DAMN AFTERNOON!"

I hear my dad wake me up with the god damn subtlety of a Shonen protagonist accept ya know...an asshole.

I wake up and get out of bed landing on dirty/clean clothes strewn across my room and I slip into a pair of clean enough looking jeans and a plain white t-shirt and just lay back down in my bed wanting desperately to get more than 5 hours of sleep but knowing I won't be that lucky.

But even though I know it's a bad idea I fall asleep anyway. I dream about my childhood and my original "Career" path the dumb childish dream of becoming a Pokémon champion.

I shake myself awake 30 minutes after falling asleep "Hhm..Pokemon haven't thought of that in forever. I've got the day off. I could replay the older games on my 3ds I have somewhere around my room" I say as I look into my nightstand drawer and pull out the slightly dusty scratched to shit Ds

I plug it in and look through the home screen and see Pokémon red and yellow but I don't really like Pikachu so I'll play red

I notice that I don't have a saved game which is weird because I never delete my progress in games...maybe the save file is corrupted or something

I click on new game and then I see an energy drink fall over and spill on my power strip and send electricity to my ds and In proxy me as I collapse onto my bed and my eyes close for a final time.

(An: Sorry for the pretty rushed pace of the first chapter I'm going to slow down the pace after this. I just wanted to get straight into the Pokémon world I really hope you enjoy what I create out of it :)
