In the year of 220 AD, when summer season comes to an end, another festival that people celebrate is the Autumn Moon Festival.

It has been a several months since their engagement started, Su Yin finally got used to the palace rules, it wasn't easy but she was determined to learn everything. Since their wedding will be after this festival, Su Yin was feeling very excited
Autumn moon festival is ahead, lanterns were hung and there were lots of noises outside the palace too. The palace was all decorated and delicious food was prepared for them.
Today was a special day, well-known royals all over the province will be heading to their place to celebrate this festival.
"Lady Su Yin, you're really beautiful today. Prince An Ye will be totally swooned by you." An Ya will smiling while she powdered Su Yin's face.
"He will be much busier today, I just hope he can have a good rest after tonight." Lady Su Yin looked at An Ya and smiled, "Thank you."
"Look at you, you love Prince An Ye, right?" An Ya looked at Su Yin eagerly.
"I do." Su Yin blushed as she thinks about Prince An Ye. Prince An Ye was absolutely gorgeous, both handsome and strong. How much more can you ask for? As they got ready to go outside, Prince An Ye was waiting outside.
"Prince An Ye, were you waiting for someone?" An Ya said.
"For my beautiful wife." He looked into Su Yin's eyes and he couldn't let her go.
After Ruo Lan and An Ya left, Su Yin was left alone with Prince An Ye.
"What are you thinking about?" Prince An Ye gently said has he fixed a hair strand on Su Yin.
"Thinking about you." Su Yin whispered. Prince An Ye smiled and gently pulled her toward his chest.
"Thank you. When we get married, let's go back to your hometown. I want to learn so much from you." Su Yin hugged back, "I'm so grateful for you."
"Su Yin, will you ever betray me?" Prince An Ye suddenly got serious.
"What do you mean? Did you something you're not suppose to do?" Su Yin was curious as to why he would ask such question.
"If I do something wrong, will you forgive me? You're not going to betray me, right?" Prince An Ye hugged Su Yin tighter.
"I won't betray you. Unless you betray me first." Su Yin answered back.
"Su Yin, you know my feelings for you are genuine. There's no one else to replace you. Su Yin, I love you." Prince An Ye gave Su Yin a kiss. He was desperate yet he cannot tell her what was on his mind.
"Prince An Ye, are you feeling alright? Why are you crying?" Su Yin tries to comfort him.
"Su Yin, we need to delay our wedding. After tonight, I'll be leaving. I'll come back after the next full moon. Can you promise that you will wait for me? I cannot tell you where I am going." Prince An Ye lowered his head.
"Prince An Ye, look at me." Su Yin gently placed her hand on his face.
"Even though I don't know what you are going through, whatever you are hiding from me. You must have your own reason. It must've been difficult for you to say. I will wait for you til the next full moon, if you don't come back. I will change my mind." Su Yin smiled as she replied.
"Su Yin, I love you." Prince An Ye suddenly felt weak and was breathing heavily.
"Su Yin... I... " Su Yin held onto him and embraced him.
"I'm here, An Ye. I'm here."
He must've overworked himself again, Su Yin thought.
After a while, An Ye regained consciousness. He held onto Su Yin's hand tightly.
"Su Yin, you didn't leave yet?" An Ye asked.
"You passed out. If I leave you, people will think you're dead." Su Yin chuckled.
"You were with me the whole time?"
"Of course, silly." Su Yin embraced him again and smiled.
"Thank you." An Ye hugged her for another moment or so.

That night, it was full of laughter. There were many people watching dancing and musical performance. Beautiful ladies were dancing and some people were reciting poem.
An Ye held Su Yin's hand and whispered, "Give your best, tonight." Su Yin nodded. She will be performing a traditional dance. Many people were in awe on how beautiful and talented she was.
"Is that Prince An Ye future wife? He's so lucky." Another girl said as she watched the dance.
Su Yin's dance was like an angel, every moves looked so aesthetic. Prince An Ye fell in love with Su Yin even more.
When the dance ended, people were shouting because they wanted more. Moments later, another royal came to the festival. It was the King, Queen, Prince Li Jun from the Western Luo Province.
"We came late because of some palace matter that needed to be handled." The King of Western Luo sat beside with the King of Eastern Yuan. Prince Li Jun sat with Prince An Ye and the Queen sat beside An Ye's mother.
Both Princes looked so handsome, Su Yin was in awe too. Even the King of Western Luo aged handsomely too.
"An Ye, that girl over there. She's so pretty. Don't tell me that's your future wife." Prince Li Jun was also stunned by Su Yin's beauty.
"She's my woman. Don't steal her." Prince An Ye was proud that Lady Su Yin will be his soon.
"My target will be on your woman, An Ye. Watch out." Prince Li Jun said that happily as he continued on watching the performances.
While the others are chatting away, the King of Eastern Yuan stood up. Everyone bowed in respect.
"Since King of Western Luo has arrived, why don't we have another performance? Lady Su Yin, my daughter-in-law, will you give us another dance performance?" Su Yin bowed, "Yes, your majesty."
The King and Queen of Western Luo both couldn't take their eyes off of Su Yin's dance. Everyone was mesmerized.
"How's my daughter in law?" King of Eastern Yuan said happily.
"She is wonderful. I wish she could be my son's future wife too." The Queen said, "What do you think, my King?"
"Hm. If she wasn't engaged, she will be a good candidate." They both loved Su Yin's exotic beauty.
After the dance ended, Su Yin bowed gracefully. Everyone clapped and some were jumping around in happiness.
When Su Yin went back to her seat beside Prince An Ye, she bowed to Prince Li Jun, the King and Queen of Western Luo and her father in law, The King of Eastern Yuan.
"Su Yin." Prince An Ye took Su Yin's hand and they both sat down together.
"You were wonderful up there." Prince An Ye leaned close to Su Yin and she smiled.
"It's all thanks to you, your father and your mother's support, An Ye." Su Yin smiled as she looked at other performances.
When the festival ended, everyone said their farewell. When they were all about to leave, the King and Queen of Western Luo came up to Lady Su Yin.
"You were wonderful. We loved your dance. If you have a chance in the future, we would love to have you." The Queen smiled.
"We would love to have you. If Prince An Ye makes you cry, you can always have our son, Prince Li Jun. He's a wonderful boy too." The King laughed.
"I'm happy you enjoyed my dance. I'll visit you when I have a chance." Su Yin bowed politely.
When they said their farewell, Su Yin looked into the distance.
"Su Yin, come here." Prince An Ye stood behind her.
It was the last night they can be together, they held each other tightly and gave their final farewell kiss.
"Take care, An Ye." Prince An Ye looked at her and kissed her again.
"Hm. I will. Wait for me." Prince An Ye embraced her for a long time.
"An Ye, I love you."
"I love you too."
