The bell rings, it's time for lunch.
"Oh gosh, what am I supposed to say?? Wait, I don't even know what HE'S gonna say!! " I say to myself panicked.
I walked to the courtyard doors, opened them slowly, and walked outside.
'Nobody usually comes out here so we should be alone 😣. ' I thought to myself.
"Well, well, well. If it isn't Rosie ring around the Posie." said Liam sitting on a bench in the middle of the courtyard.
I've heard from almost everyone that he likes me, but I highly (and I mean HIGHLY) disagree. He would never like me. According to his dating history, he only likes girls who are in gangs and are willing to give up their virginity to him 🙄🙄. And I am the complete opposite!! I love the color pink, I love pigs, llamas, alpacas, unicorns and rainbows!! I'VE NEVER SAID A BAD WORD ALL MY LIFE!! WHY WOULD HE LIKE ME OF ALL PEOPLE??!!!!!!
"I'm hungry ..." I mumbled looking down at my feet.
I did not dare look up at his face, and whenever I did have the courage to do so (which is very rare) he would always give me a demonic death stare, like nothing you've ever seen.
Suddenly, I felt the wind lift my uniform skirt up.
I quickly tried to brush it down, when my chin was lifted up to Liam's face.
"Ahh!! I mean, hi Liam..." I said a little shook.
He said, "You don't have to brush your skirt down, it's not like boys haven't seen it before 😏."
I blushed and said in protest, "What do you mean?! That's not true!!"
"And anyways what did you want to say to me?? I need to get back to lunch..." I also said wanting to get out of there ASAP.
I shoved his hand away from my face.
His other hand pushed my shoulder against the wall next to the door.
"I wanted to say, " he said in a serious voice and blushing, "that you look cute today..."
I was so confused. Were my friends actually telling the truth about him liking me??
"Th-thank you...." I said quietly.
Since he was actually being nice for once I decided to ask him, "Hey, do you wanna have lunch here? 😊" and smiled cheerfully. And yes, that's him being nice.
He said blushing again, "Su-sure."
After we sat down, I said cheerfully, "Olivia swapped lunches with me today! She usually has the best lunches!!"
"You WHAT?!" Liam said in disbelief. "Olivia's basically like the devil's child!! And she stalks me too..." he muttered.
After we sat, ate and talked for awhile, I could hear the bell ringing faintly inside.
"Well, time to go! It was fun talking to you Liam!" I said getting up to go to the door.
"Wait! Let me walk with you since we have the same class next.
About half way there, I stumbled and felt light headed.
"Rosie!! Are you okay?!" I heard Liam say.
"Y-yeah, I'm fine..." I said.
I tripped on something then I felt dizzy.
I felt a warm embrace enclose me, and then
darkness.
