Lowks was hers. The thought brought a smug smile to Vixen's face. Her groom seemed oblivious to the fact that she was congratulating herself though. Probably a good thing really. Even if he was irrevocably married to her, she still didn't want to scare him. Well, maybe it wouldn't scare him to know as it might amuse him instead. But still…
Anyway, their wedding festivities had died down, and people had wandered home. Her tired groom smiled at her, "Wanna go home, now, Vix?"
Did she ever. "Yes." She grinned at him, as he took her hand in his.
Her pulled her close, wrapping his arm around her as he started walking. He was quiet but she didn't mind. It allowed her to happily just relish the fact that they were now married. Tied together.
When he stopped walking, she looked up at him confused. They weren't home yet. He had a small self-pleased smile on his face. Clearing his throat, he looked down at her, "Well, come on. Don't you want to look at your new home? I hope I got it to your tastes."
She was rather surprised. She had not had any idea Lowks had bought a house and had assumed that they would live with his parents. But, having a place of their own… she liked the idea. More privacy was a plus after all.
She wouldn't need to worry about his parents or his sister walking in on them. So, she was more than happy with this surprise.
It was even more surprising to her that her stuff had already been moved into the house. It gave her rather a thrill to see it mingling with his stuff, and she could not stop herself from grinning as he walked her around the house explaining where everything had been put.
The anxious look on his face as he checked to make sure everything was to her liking made her want to giggle. As if she could ever not like it when she could see just how much thought he had put into this. And just seeing their belongings all together like this was wonderful.
After he finished showing her throughout the house, she took his hand, and beamed at him, "I love it! I was so surprised. I never expected you to have actually moved out of your parents'."
"My parents' house isn't so big I can make a family of my own in it." Lowks chuckled just a tad awkwardly.
She went quiet, the thought of bearing him children making her blush. It hadn't been the first time he had mentioned it. But it still caught her off-guard. She had honestly never really considered motherhood all that much. Her dream had been more about catching her man.
Though, she did kinda like the idea of being a mother. Raising a family with him would be rather nice after all. A little Lowks lookalike would be so adorable…
"Are you zoning out, sweetheart?" Her husband was laughing at her. "Your eyes look starstruck. What are you thinking about?"
"It's a secret." She stepped closer to him as her attention snapped back to the man standing before her.
"I see…" He shrugged, "Well, I'll let it be. Though I really would love for my wife to confide in me."
His tone of voice was more teasing than actually upset so Vixen didn't bother soothing him. Instead she grinned at him, "Hey, Lowks, other than showing me around the house did you have anything else planned?"
"Not in particular… I wanted to see what my wife wanted to do… I'm up for anything."
"Good." She tugged on his hand, grasped his head, and kissed him. From how quickly he returned the kiss, he had probably been expecting it.
There was no hint of her husband's exhaustion. Their kiss seemed to rejuvenate him to a certain extent. Enough that he kept kissing her over and over again.
