It all started with him, yet it doesnt finish with him..
I was in the middle of social studies in the late morning before break.
Stareing out the window of the second floor looking at the landscape of our school. Think about how bland it looked. With the dull off white paint and the dark red roofs. The dead looking trees with the leaves every where, and the fresh puddles from the rain earlier that morning as the morning sun glisened refreshingly.
I found myself reaching for my phone to scroll through facebook which i did alot more than i should during school time. Being the quite kid in class was all fun amd games because the teacher never caught me on my phone but because of that my grades were slipping.
What caught my eye was a the notifications letting me know i had a friend request.
I found myself accepting a guys request on facebook named josh, josh nnug. not even knowing who he was even though i had a boyfriend.
I made the first move, "hi, do i know you?" I said as i stared at the screen wondering if he was just going to be like the rest of the guys who added me looking for you know what. It felt like an eternity sitting at my desk checking my phone to see if there was a response. Twenty minutes passed, no response. Just as the bell rings as if he knew that i was getting out of class i get a response. "Sorry just a random add" he responded. As i walked away from class reading his response i was wondering what to say. Should i go with a friendly response like "oh algd"? Or a warning response like "lol ok i have a bf btw" or just a casual i dont care response like "ok". I went with friendly response, im not rude and like to make new friends to chat with
Some how we ended up chatting all day through school about his life and my life. I was talking to a guy who didnt even live in the same town as me and didnt know anyone i knew, i was happy. My family had a reputation and people think that im the same just because of my family so it was refreshing to talk to someome who didnt know who i was.
