In his astonishment, Li Siqi did not pause. As one of the most outstanding students in the third grade of Shrek Academy, his combat experience was very rich. The Black Tortoise Shield in his hand swept out, and immediately, multiple shield shadows blossomed, slashing towards Qian Lei with the sharp edges of the shield.
Qian Lei, however, made a move that baffled him. The guy did not dodge or use any combat techniques. He simply protected his arms in front of himself, lowered his head, and charged toward Li Siqi.
"Clang, clang, clang!" The Black Tortoise Shield, heavy and powerful, chopped down on him, sending Qian Lei tumbling away. But he just rolled on the ground, stood up, and then pounced at Li Siqi again. Despite his portly figure, his speed was quite fast.
It wasn't that he didn't want to use combat techniques, but the key issue was... he couldn't! He simply didn't know how, okay?
