Rohit mind was calm now he took his decisions , he was going to tell the truth .
The silence broke , all media's attention was on Rohit now .
Media person 2 :- " So you are saying you knew all about the incedent and didn't took any step ?"
Media person 3:- " How much share do you have with fertilizer corporation ?"
Media person 4:- " Are you trying to defend fertilizer corporation by sharing their guilt? "
question kept coming and coming like bullets of machine gun . Within this chaotic environment Rohit gave an innocent smile ,a smile that could only be given by kids not grown ups . With that smile Rohit began speaking " i knew about it in the day when my accident occurred .I had personally sent a biologist who gave me a report on the case .
According to him some chemical used were carcinogenic , and their long exposure could cause mutation . Due to my unhealthy state i couldn't investigate properly but as soon i got well , i went there personally . The workers had lost their minds , i closed the main gate of factory and got out of there. ..."
Rohit explained the media everything in detail as it had occurred except the fact that Mr Roy was with him too .

Rohit replied after a deep breath " what happened in fertilizer corporation was an accident they should be given a second chance . As for the compensation , our company will bear the medical treatment of affected but we can't donate much money ."
This reply moved the chairman of fertilizer corporation , he spoke up " although our company is in a pinch now , we will give enough money to the deceased . Not only that we will also ensure their families welfare ."

As Rohit was about to leave the chairman man bowed Infront of him and thanked him for his way of response . If he would have wanted he could have put the guilt over the fertilizer corporation. But instead he defended for the company saying that it was an accident.
They moved out of the place and headed towards their head offices .
Rohit thought ' it didn't go as expected but for now matter is resolved , i guess Mr Roy will scold me for this '.
After a while Mr Roy called " Hey kid you are too naive , you told them the truth . Our company is gonna bear losses for that but you sure are a good person , now beware of crowd rage . Call the personal guards in advance . "
After this Mr Roy hung up the phone . Rohit thought , what crowd and then he noticed the media except a few channels all were trying to prove that the company's were at guilt . People started burning their brand symbols .
Politicians and celebrities were talking about his conference speech . Facebook and other social media were full with memes over the incident .
Rohit switched the TV off and completed his work .As he went out of his office and was about to enter his car , "bang" a stone fell on his car roof . Rohit got socked .The driver shouted" sir , get inside let's get out of here ".
Rohit boarded his car and left the place .
Mr Roy called him after school time " hey kid , lets meet I'm going to teach you ..."
Rohit :- " no not today , i need to go somewhere else . I want to visit the hospital the victims are admitted to "

Rohit was worried from the start about the condition of the workers , he was going to visit them anyway . He thought ho does the mob recognise me from such a far distance ,its just due to my getup and lifestyle , my car my coat , my face .
Rohit wore a casual outfit , a track pant , a loose t-shirt and sports shoes , then he clean shaved and wore the helmet .
He went towards the hospital , on the way he met the crowd .They were going crazy , even police was unable to supress them .
Rohit went right past them no one noticed .
Who could have thought that the company's CEO can roam in a normal bike .
Rohit entered the hospital , it was half filled with workers . A few had gained their senses , many were unconscious and a handful were still acting like animals . They were tied and were given anesthetics. He could see the desperation of their family members . Grief filled his heart . On one of the bed side he saw a little girl was trying to wake up her dad . She was asking her mother " mommy why is dad sleeping so much , why won't he play with me anymore . Her mother didn't spoke a word ,she was just trying to hide her tears .
Rohit couldn't bear that anymore he went out of there straight to his home .He kept thinking 'all this could have been prevented if only i could have acted early , if i would not have been ignorant . If only I would have shown more responsibility , i could have prevented this mishap '.
Rohit couldn't sleep that night he kept reading the history of the company , past disaster , confidential files . He kept searching and reading the past accident in his and in other industries . He kept reading word by word , topic by topic . Rohit moved from the laptop in the morning , his eyes were red . Finally he went to bed and slept .
Sound came to Rohit's ears " wake up kid , quick we don't have much time . "
Rohit woke up it was Mr Roy ,he was in the mansion, he somehow managed to enter the house saying to the guard that he had important information about the incidence.
Rohit woke up and nodded his head , the guards left them alone . He then looked at the clock it was evening .
Mr Roy spoke up " you need to calm down , everything is going to be fine "
Rohit :- "let's start i want to learn things as quickly as possible "
Mr Roy :- "ok , but remember learning requires perseverance and patience more than anything else ".
Mr Roy taught him the way to make profit , the basis of demand , customer satisfaction , way to deal with people ,etc.
The days passed on Rohit kept learning day and night , he read the theory at night and used the practical application in his office .
Weeks passed and Rohit improvised , his concentration increased , his speaking skills , way of talking , everything improved .
Mr Roy told Rohit once "the way to catch a fake smile is by looking at their eye , ones eye get flinched on sides if there smile is true ,all the facial muscles move , but a fake smile only involves lip movements . "
With his profound knowledge Rohit changed the working condition of his office , he now knew that a person can work more effectively if he is happy and joyful .
He installed gaming room to be used during break . Tea and coffee were served for free . Special vacations were given to employees during function celebrations .
Everything was working fine but still Rohit felt a void in his heart . He wanted his family his friends and his school life .
