"...Yes" Qi Ning nodded her head, then fished out a document from her bag "You can read it yourself" she added weakly
Taking the contract from her hands, he read it word by word only after reading it twice he heaved a sigh of relief
He raised his head to find Qi Ning looking up at him with a pitiful expression.
"I was just worried, someone might trick you. Entertainment industry is full of schemes you know?" Qi Zichen rubbed her hair lovingly "And you my precious sister is still a baby, how can I not worry huh?"
Qi Ning pounced on him the next second, Qi Zichen caught her and hugged her tightly in his arms, he wish he could protect her forever like this...
"GeGe .." she looked up at her brother "I'm hungry"
He chuckled "Okay I've made your favourite sweet and sour ribs....go wash up"

"GeGe you've cooked so many dishes" Qi Ning looked at the dishes wide eyed
"To celebrate your first job" Qi Zichen replied serving her
Qi Ning peeked at the man across her, he was her brother, who dotes her to no end.
"What's up?" her brother asked noting her gaze
"GeGe I want a sister in law" she spoke coyly
Qi Zichen instantly choked on his food, he started coughing hard to get the food out of his gut...Qi Ning hurriedly patted his back to calm him down
"What...what did you ask for?" her brother spoke, leaning on the chair weakly
"I ... GeGe" Qi Zichen cut her in sternly "Eat your food. No more nonsense"
"Oh.." she pouted her little mouth
After the feast Qi Ning told her brother about An Yuwan and his lavish house excitedly.
Only after recounting everything that had happened that day to her brother she peacefully drifted off to her deep slumber.
Qi Zichen gazed at the sleeping face of his baby sister, ruffling her hair lovingly he pulled the quielt up to her chin only then he walked out of the room.
On the other side of the city on the Riverbank, An Yuwan was sitting on top of his car hood. Taking a puff of his cigarette he lazily gazed at the sky full of stars, a beautiful face suddenly flashed in before his eyes. The gorgeous face which had invaded his dreams for the past month. A blissful smile spread across his face.
He recalled the first time he saw her, strolling around the Riverbank, her white dress contrasting the dark night fluttered with the wind, the blue eyes deeper than the ocean outshining the twinkling of the stars.
That was where it all started. For the first time in a long time he felt his heart beating. In that moment, he knew she was the one.
He then and there decided to tie her by his side for the lifetime.

The next morning :
"Ning ....Ning wake up" Qi Zichen tried to wake her up gently calling her name "Ning you are going to be late for your work..."before he could finish his sentence she sat up straight
"Good morning GeGe"
Qi Zichen:" ....." For God's sake .... he was trying for more than twenty minutes
He shook his head,. then ruffling her hair he spoke "Go wash up breakfast is ready"

On the breakfast table
Qi Ning stared at her brother sulkily "You can't be so soft hearted with me every time...you should have kicked me hard if was not getting up"
Qi Zichen gazed at her " How can I bear to hit you"
Qi Ning:"...." she pouted softly
"I know GeGe loves me the most" she chirped merrily the very next second
"Okay eat your fill now"
