"The next problem would be that Mavislin can pull off such tricks because she doesn't have a Charm Skill, not the Element of Emotion. So the most she could do was to use her words to convince the Knight of the Lake to get together with the Queen, but nothing more."
"And I have faith in my judgment that Mavislin would never do such childish things, so stop blaming her for the fall of Camelot. Instead, you should hold yourself responsible for the ruins of your nation since you were too weak to defend it from the rebellion."
"What do you mean?! You have no clue what went down in that battle, so don't talk as if you knew!" raged Gawain as he raised his sword above his head and rushed towards Bryan.
But all he did by swinging the giant sword around had proved Bryan right about assuming Gawain to be just a coward who could not accept the fall of Camelot. One that was in denial... The Slayer felt something snap within his mind and quickly stopped the swinging blade with a scythe.
"It is sad to see you clutching that sword out of anger and not in honor... How far have the Knights of the Round Table fallen when you came into their ranks when you got revived in this new version of your group... You must feel disgusted for walking around with that kind of thinking..."
"Let me tell you this, so-called Knight of the Sun. If it hadn't been for your animosity and hatred against Lancelot, your King would've had a chance against Mordred, But no, your selfishness and anger got the best of you and prevented another hand from helping out in the final battle."
"Silence! That's not true! Your assumptions are nothing more than lies! You weren't there... You don't know how it feels to witness your family's slaughter by the person you trusted the most! If he had betrayed the King once, wouldn't he do it again?!"
"It was the right call not to let the Knight of the Lake participate in the last battle because... Because... HE WAS A MURDERER!" bellowed Gawain, losing control of his emotion as he swung his sword downwards.
Bryan took the opportunity to disarm the Knight by stepping onto the giant blade, causing the ground beneath them to break. Gawain looked shocked as he tried to lift the sword, but it wouldn't budge. Was Bryan's leg so strong that it could step on a divine weapon?
"You are right; I know nothing about your pain, nor do I care to try to comprehend about you felt when your brothers were killed. It's not my problem, and it will never be. My only problem now is you being alive and walking around.
"You are nothing more than a coward who wallows in their sin and still denies that it's not their fault."
Bryan quickly used his other scythe to stab Gawain in the chest, piercing through his thick chest plate. The Slayer poured an overload of Elemental Energy into the attacking scythe while using his Original Spell.
"The Sea that lives amongst the stars births the legend. The river poured from the legendary Water-bearer, Aquarius. Running from the stars of Cursa to Achernar, I call for your help..."
"Water against the Sun?! You must be joking! I will boil you and your spell before you can-"
"Symbol of the path that Phaeton created, the final resting place of the son of Helios. Eridanus, Stars of the River!" shouted Bryan as a massive pillar of water pierced through Gawain's chest from Bryan's scythe.
The fog was thicker than ever as Bryan tried his best to call upon the Constellations to his battle. But the night sky was dominant over the entire planet, whether it was foggy or clear.
The stars that made out the constellation of Eridanus started to shine brighter than ever while sending down pillars of water against Gawain. The water shots pierced through Gawain's flesh and armor as if he was a human pincushion.
The Knight caught a glimpse of Bryan's dulled expression with eyes that screamed soullessly.
"Tell me why you have been revived because I need that information for my boss. What is your purpose for walking this realm again?" asked the Slayer as he placed the other scythe at Gawain's neck.
"My purpose is simple... To serve my King and aid him in his goal..." said Gawain, with his vocal cords restricted.
"Yes... What is that goal?" asked Bryan, getting impatient with the Knight.
"To rebuild Camelot as a new kingdom filled with people without sins... That's why we were aiming for those rapists... Those unclean minds... Isn't that a good thing? To rid the world of sin?" asked the Knight, as if he was begging for his life.
