Chapter 682 - The Ark Of Something Controlling Him

Without another word, the controlled Knight sprang towards the Butterfly Girl. Rina was still in shock and barely had enough time to defend herself against the charging Knight. Bedivere wasn't himself anymore as his attacks were contorting his body in ways that would shatter his bones.

"Whoever you are, you better stop this insane act now! I won't tolerate for you to disrespect a Knight like this!" yelled Rina as she was forced back by Bedivere's newfound strength.

When no one answered her, Rina became angrier and unleashed her Third Stage again. This time the damage done by the explosive flowers was enough to blow out the Knight's organs despite having armor. But the puppeteer refused to retire its puppet.

The Spearman wanted to throw up at the sight of Bedivere stuffing back his organs so that he could continue fighting. The Flower Mage was terrified at the sight of such an atrocious act. She had to move fast since Bedivere's transformation had strengthened him significantly.

But instead, her fear slowly took control of her body as Bedivere knocked her to the ground.

"Run... Run away from me... I can't control my body... This is the will of our creator... Get away from here now!" shouted Bedivere as his fake arm rose to touch the skies.

A considerable shockwave erupted from the Knight's fake arm, causing Rina to fall back onto the ground. The Flower Mage stabbed her spear into the ground and used it as support to get back up., However, Rina could only crouch, unable to stand because of the Knight's power.

"My enemy is stronger than myself... This is evident. My battle is one-on-one... This is evident. My battle will be for the truth... This is evident. My battle is to secure my survival... This is evident. Unlocking... Four of the Thirteen Virtues... Hail from the heavens!" yelled Bedivere, shaking.

"What the hell are you thinking?! You can't unleash that weapon here!" yelled Rina, forcing herself to stand.

But Bedivere couldn't hear the Flower Mage's cries, prompting Rina to reach for her Signal Crystal to get help quickly. However... She thought twice about dragging her other comrades who would've been in their battles now... But Rina was going to be wounded for sure.

The Spearman didn't have a good shield to counter the attack, so her best option was to use another powerful spell. Fighting fire against fire might not be the best option, but it was the only thing she could do.

"Blossom and grow. The fruits of my pain, the seeds of my anger... I dwell on the past to give you a future. This is where I stand; this is where I'll fight. Surround the enemy with the colors of my light..." chanted Rina as she saw a large lance forming in Bedivere's opened palm.

"Flower Dance; Side Step... Honour Of Gladiolus!" yelled Rina as she grabbed her spear to throw at Bedivere.

As the spear made its way to Bedivere, Rina was instantly teleported from her spot to clutching the spear again as she plunged the weapon into his body again. However, this act posed a problem for Rina as Bedivere was still being forced to release his spell.

Her back was open, and there was nothing she could do about it. Rina quickly pulled out her spear and kicked her opponent away as he finally unleashed the Lance of the Ends of the World.

"Seal the ends... Rhongomyniad!" shouted Bedivere as the lance turned and hurled towards the waiting Butterfly Girl.

The strength of the throw was enough to blow a giant hole in the clouds as the lance came barreling towards Rina. The Spearman knew that this wasn't good...

"Stars of the Shield!"

Rina was shocked as the Slayer appeared before her and established his primary spell for protection just in time as the Holy Lance of King Arthur appeared in front of the duo. Bryan turned back and gave a thumbs-up to the confused Flower Mage. And if one wasn't enough, there came another.

"Triad Starlight!"

The Marksman Pillar grinned as he added another shield behind the Slayers to assure that Rhongomyniad would not reach his juniors.

"How and why are you here?!" asked Rina as Rhongomyniad continued to drill against the shields.

"Because you need help, and we are the First Seats, your comrades. I promised that you don't have to fight your battles alone anymore. This will be the second time I'm teaming up with you, and it'll be the same. I will hold the weapon while you go in for the kill..."

"Alright? Hurry, we can't hold this guard for too long... Because this thing is heavy!" instructed Bryan.

Seizing the opportunity, Rina leaped from her safe spot and grabbed her spear, stopping in the air.
